Convenient location, modern, clean, easy access. Once I found the bedding for the sofa, all was great. Only suggestion would be that they provide a couple of foam pillows for those of us that don’t like down.

This is my second stay at this property. I was on the other side of the building this time and the street noise was terrible! The accommodations are nice but the noise spoiled this place for future stays. Parking was an issue on Saturday night also. This building is in a very popular area for partying young people so if you stay here, come with patience and ear plugs.

As we are located in the heart of the Glenwood south downtown district, the area is known for its vibrant nightlife and weekend activity, which can sometimes result in increased noise levels, particularly on busy evenings. While this activity is outside of our control, we understand how it can affect our guests' comfort. Regarding parking, the downtown area does offer parking in a nearby off-site parking deck, and we regret any difficulties you experienced finding parking on Saturday night during a particularly busy time in the area. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future

Very nice, new building and the staff was very helpful with a few items I needed. They aren't always super fast to respond so that's the only thing that could be better, but otherwise was great!

Three time a charm.

High floors are more suitable for us.Looking forward to our fourth stay.We did not like the rain a shower head. Very weak stream and difficult to rinse soap off body.

Conference Stay

My stay here was phenomenal. The mattress sleeps like a beauty! I felt like I was floating on a cloud. The black out curtains made the stay even better. I enjoyed how hot the shower water got. The only thing I didnt like was finding parking after 8:30pm. This weekend was a very busy weekend and the city was filled with excitement and guest. Over all I would rate this stay a 9/10. I would definitely stay again! And McDonald’s is right next door 😂

Upscale and secure. Of course clean. Quiet. Parking difficult. Many eating places nearby. This was our 3rd stay at this location.Only complaint was: televisions difficult to understand and find what we wanted.And controlling air system. Could not lower cool air to comfortable level. Other that above is was a good stay.Took no pictures this trip.

I like that it was close to some local bars and restaurants. I didn't like the noise of loud cars going by all night. I also don't like that it is mostly hills. It was frustrating and exhausting with a manual transmission.
