Cute, spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for our weekend stay! Convenient location as well - we will definitely book again next time we visit Raleigh!
We enjoyed our stay. The location was close to a lot of food options and NC State which was the purpose of the stay. Very comfortable clean home would book again.
House is close to parks, downtown, shopping, restaurants. House was great and roomy for the two of us on our trip. My son had an internship for a week and I worked remotely during the day. We had a car, but there was plenty of things to do that was walkable.
Perfect place for a stay. Exactly as advertised and in a great location. Host obviously cares about comfort of the guests.

Property is in a great location close to shopping, downtown, and restaurants. House was clean with all the amenities. Hosts were very responsive and provided a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.
This was the perfect house and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, while attending a 4 day camp at NCSU. The house was stocked with the perfect amount of dishes, cookware, and appliances to prepare meals for 4. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. The location was fantastic! It was close to downtown, shops, and restaurants. We were so close to NC State University, also. It was a beautiful, short drive across campus to reach camp drop off and pickup each day. Host communicated well and is friendly. My children and I had a wonderful stay!
Great stay at this house on Brooklyn,Despite being within walking distance of restaurants/bars we never heard anything! Cute place, great layout, lists of space outside. Would love to stay again on the next visit.
Owners were sweet and even recommended a couple spots for us to check out. House is super close to everything downtown and in a really quiet location. We enjoyed staying here, thank you to the owners for everything!
This house is as pictured. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the location is convenient to all the places you want to be in Raleigh. It was city-quiet (usual traffic sounds) but we all slept well. Walkable to Cameron Village.
It was perfect for our family visit to see our son at NC State, take in some hockey and basketball. The place was very clean, and beds were so comfortable. The location was great and close to good food and bars. I highly recommend this house and will definitely book again.
This was the perfect cozy little cottage for a girls weekend with friends. The beds were very comfortable, and that along with the cozy bedding and ample pillows made for a sleeping experience that felt like a warm hug! The home was clean and stocked with all the necessary items to make cooking, having a cocktail or just sitting back and relaxing a breeze. We especially enjoyed the fire table and the extra thought that went into having a Keurig, the pods and the mix-ins provided! The hosts were incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. The check in and out process were by far the most simple of any vacation property I've ever rented. This is definitely a house we'd come back to!
I was excited based off the reviews of this place but it definitely underwhelming. I had some work to do in this trip and the internet was in and out the whole time. A lot of the rooms could use an update- the bathroom felt like a bathroom inside of a college dorm. It was that bad. Just not very nice or seemingly clean and very tiny. When I went to use the sink in the Master, the handle came off of the sink every time I turned the water on. I had to put it back on several times and make sure I lifted it in a way it wouldn’t come off. The soap and shampoo provided was cheap and clumpy. The soap was running low and stopped coming out of the bottle, so I had to unscrew it and dump it in my hand and it was clumpy- which I dno just felt gross. The AC didn’t work well for the first 12 or so hours I was there. It was on but I Couldn’t get it below 73 until it cooled down at night. The house was in a strange location with a lot of random people walking through - right next to a church. Not a BAD location by any means, but definitely felt uneasy at times. The hosts offered to move me in to the house next store after the problems with the AC and internet so that was nice of them. I didn’t want to be trouble and was busy the next day so decided just to stay put. But for the price, there’s just no way this place is a 10/10 and I wouldn’t stay here again. The place was big enough to fit at least 3-4 people. The initial listing of this place was over 400 for two nights . Not worth it
We were apparently the first guests in this home. Our stay was so lovely it may have convinced me to move back to Raleigh! Steven and Lori were very welcoming, and the place itself was bright, well-appointed, and absolutely immaculate. The home is not large, but somehow manages to convey an airy feel. It's a great house for a small family or a couple of friends. We enjoyed playing board games around the dining room table, relaxing with a movie, and curling up to sleep on the super comfy beds. The location is minutes from the Capital and from the freeway, too. Can't think of a single thing we'd change. Will definitely recommend this spot to friends.
