• Rollaway bed twin size with comfy memory foam available for your stay.
• For families with kiddos: Ingenuity pack n' play; halo bassinest newborn sleeper crib; activity jumperoo/bouncer; 4moms mamaroo swing; all available per request. The building is a Residential Duplex, Ranch Style.

Guest Access: One house #4114 is our rental where you have the entire house, full access.

We live in the other house, #4115, just me, my husband Ogie, and my 2 year old kid, Gio. We would be glad to help with anything as much as we can.

Rental property has its own private backyard, free private parking which can also fit 2 cars, and fast wifi accessible only after check-in. Our home includes a fireplace, but I am not allowing its use; it is strictly for decorative purposes only.

Laundry: for guest use only. Located off the main arctic entry. Fully available for the duration of your stay. Completely free with detergent provided. Please read through the House Rules regarding quiet hours.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean with great amenities. The kitchen was stocked well. The backyard was nice with a picnic table that we used with a nice view of Chugach mountains. The beds were comfortable also. We’d stay here again.

Very cozy and relaxing stay!

We came here for our last 2 nights in AK and we loved it here! Hosts communicated well and makes sure the place is stocked with plenty of amenities for your stay! Was our favorite place we stayed during our 8 days in AK! Would definitely stay again!

Cute and Cozy Boho Chic Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of fans and heaters. And it’s in a great location, too.

Great stay in Anchorge

This property was one of the top VRBOs that we have stayed in. Check-in was a breeze and the property is beyond what is described on the website. Communication was great and we really appreciated all the little extras that showed that the owners cares. We will be staying here again!!

Cozy & Comfy Stay

Everything was great with our stay - this place was perfect for our short trip to Anchorage. Lovely decor, comfy beds and linens - the towels and sheets smelled great! Super easy to get around (even in the snow) from this location. We enjoyed the thoughtful touches like the coffee assortment and snacks.

Convenient, beautiful well stocked rental

A perfect location for our weekend with quick access to Providence/UAA. Very clean and well stocked. Hope to be back next time we need a base in Anchorage for a few days.

Perfect base for a first visit to Alaska

This place was fantastic! We travel pretty frequently and often stay in short term rentals and this was one of the nicest ones we've stayed at. It was comfortable, functional, and someone clearly put some thought into the interior design. Also check in was seamless and the hosts were very responsive. 10/10

Run, Don't Walk to Book!

The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Great location if you have a car. The property was spotless and appointed with everything you need. A great place for a couple or small family that likes quiet.

Cozy and comfortable

The property was so nice, and the attention to detail was second to none. Everything worked, there were so many extras, and I felt like I was home. Also, the beds were comfortable. This is one of the better places on VRBO.

Felt like home away fro home!

We had a very nice, comfortable stay at this home. The hosts were very communicative, and helpful. The house was decorated in a beautiful, modern decor. The kitchen was well stocked and had so many very generous goodies and extras! We were a short uber ride from restaurants and stores and downtown Anchorage.We highly recommend for anyone considering a stay here.

Felt like I was at home

I couldn’t have been happier with my 4 night stay here. Everything looks exactly like the photos- modern, clean, comfortable and welcoming. I appreciated access to the coffee maker and little snacks in the kitchen. The check in process was seamless and all of my communication with the host was pleasant and fast. I would 100% return and also recommend to anyone else. Thanks!

Slept Great, Quiet-Beautiful-Very Comfortable

We loved this rental! The entire unit was clean and new, impeccably decorated, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We slept great and will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit Anchorage! The owner even set out welcoming snacks for our toddler- so sweet!!!

The homeowners communication was stellar. Always at the right time, accommodating, helpful, and with very clear instructions. The location was absolutely perfect for me as I was attending an event at the University of Alaska Anchorage campus and it was a quick 15 minute walk there. The unit itself was pristine condition, very nice touches, and just what we needed to come "home" to at the end of the night. The area around the unit it maybe not a 5-star for everyone, but ultimately I never really saw anyone else down there and there are several dead end streets that I think help with foot traffic. I am comfortable and familiar with Anchorage, so the location was not worrisome to me.

The place is clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay but If you do order groceries to be delivered ahead of time, give the rental address and not the owners bec the instacart shopper couldn’t find it and we ended up not receiving our groceries nor a refund from the grocery store. The shopper texted but we were on the plane by then.

Lodging near hospital

From check in to check out, our experience here was first-rate. I was in town for surgery at Providence Hospital and chose this place due to its location. I was amazed at how clean, well-appointed and well-stocked it was. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. There were all the essentials in the kitchen to prepare basic meals and bits and pieces from previous guests like salt, pepper, olive oil, butter, Mayo and mustard…which came in very handy. The host, Alanah, was very responsive and accommodating. She answered all questions promptly and they worked hard to keep the driveway and pathway clear of snow. If we need to stay in Anchorage again for any reason and this little gem is available, we will book it!

The internet was intermittent on the TV and the thermostat was not working but it was no big deal turning the heat on at night and off in the day. There was something going on in the neighborhood with cops that my daughter was a little concerned about. The place was very nice, clean and centrally located with good coffee, snacks and i would recommend staying there and the cops situation across the street could've happened anywhere. The person involved with the cops asked me for a cigarette before the cops showed up which made me feel uncomfortable and I don't drink or smoke. I would stay there again.
