This beautiful apartment with an area of 50m² invites you to feel good. It is located in a quiet top location of Titisee directly on the edge of the forest, within 4 minutes to the lake, 4 minutes to the train station and ideally suited as a starting point for walks to the lakeside promenade, the bathing paradise or for the hiking / biking trails. Upon arrival, you will receive the Hochschwarzwald Card, which entitles you to many free benefits and regional transport during your holiday.

In a large living room with open kitchen, the cozy bedroom, the bathroom with shower and a covered terrace with direct access to the large forest meadow, you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay.

This is an excellent, large, well equipped unit in a larger complex. Easy to check in and out, walkable to town for meals etc and a lovely outlook, even saw squirrels feeding! 10 out of 10 from me. The manager was very helpful and polite. A pleasure to stay in this wonderful town.

Very good place to stay

Nice place and the apartment was more than enough for our family. Apartment was very clean and had almost everything we needed. Few points to notice: * The garage entrance is very narrow. I came there with Audi Q3 and i needed to be careful when I entered. I guess with a bigger car that would make it more difficult. * If you need to use the washing machine don't forget to have 1 euro coins. * The kitchen is well equipped but you still need to bring with you salt and pepper, oil, baking sheets, paper towels etc. Also toilette paper - the owners provides 1-2 rolls and you need to buy if you need more. It's not that I have something against it in principle, but it was new to me. * The Hochschwarzwald card they provide you during your stay is very very useful and you can save lot of money. Many thanks!

Schwarzwald-Urlaub traumhaft

Positiv:Fewo-Lage bestens, in 5 Minuten zu Bus/Bahn und ins Zentrum bei ruhiger Lage. Ruhiges Haus mit geräumiger Fewo. Zu verbessern:Mehr Gläser und Tassen wären wünschenswert. DVD-Player nicht vorhanden,obwohl im Inserat angepriesen.

Der Vermieter war nie vor Ort. Handtücher waren etwas knapp. Die Tiefgarage fand ich recht eng.Wir haben einen Toyota Avensis, der ist ziemlich lang. Da Stellplatz 6 aber immer unbesetzt war, ging es ganz gut. Möchte aber gar nicht wissen wie es gegangen wäre wenn Stellplatz Nr. 6 mal besetzt gewesen wäre ! Wir hatten Stellplatz Nr. 7. FeWo war ansonsten voll o,k , Schiebetür der Dusche war allerdings defekt, ging aber noch halbwegs.

Rustige plek, veel te doen in de omgeving. Inchecken via WhatsApp, afdragen kurtaxe nogal onpersoonlijk. Katharina niet gezien.

Sehr schöne Wohnung alles sauber, gemütlich. War sehr überrascht wir die Küche ausgestattet war sogar die Kleinigkeit wie Salz, Pfeffer,Zucker oder kaffetaps war vorhanden. Im Wohnung war alles was man braucht . Werde ich nur empfehlen.

Ich war dort mit meiner Freundin und die gesamte Umgebung des Titisees ist einfach sehr schön und ebenso das Apartment, es war sehr sauber und genau richtig gelegen für alle Unternehmungen. Ebenso war der Check-in sehr einfach und alles hat gut funktioniert, unsere Kontaktperson war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein toller Urlaub

Tolle und ruhig gelegene Wohnung.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung und ihrer Lage sehr zufrieden. Der See, die Restaurants, der Bahnhof und das Badeparadies sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Zur Wohnung Nr. 7 gehörte sogar ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der direkt aus dem Haus zugänglich war. Die inkludierte Hochschwarzwald-Card bietet viele kostenfreie oder rabattierte Lesitungen und mit der ebenfalls inkludierten Konus Gästekarte für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kann man sorgenfrei die ganze Hochschwarzwaldregion bereisen, ohne sich um Fahrtickets kümmern zu müssen. Einfach nur traumhaft. Unbedingt vorab über die Leistungen informieren und nutzen!

Super Urlaub

Sehr saubere und geräumige Wohnung. Alles wie beschrieben. Super nette Vermieter. Die Gegend um den Titisee oder Schluchsee ist traumhaft. Ein Besuch in der Wutachschlucht ist ein muss für jeden Wanderer. Mit der Hochschwarzwald Karte kann man viele Attraktionen kostenfrei bzw. günstiger besuchen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Bade und Radfahrurlaub am See

Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung zum See. Seebad gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein paar Geschäfte sind im Ort, sowie einige Restaurants und Cafés. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick in den Wald und beobachten der zahlreichen Vögel und Eichhörnchen!

Schöne, saubere Wohnung

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bett könnte etwas weniger knarzen. Man ist schnell am See und in der Stadtmitte. Lediglich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) fehlen bzw sind nur per Auto erreichbar.
