Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Wanne sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Eine Garage auf Anfrage steht zur Verfügung. Die 5-Sterne-Unterkunft liegt im Ortsteil Vierhäuser der Gemeinde Mauth, abseits von Hauptstraßen in sehr ruhiger Lage, umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, mit allen erdenklichen Extras. Wander- und Radwege in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu den Loipenstiegen sind es nur wenige Meter.
