Wonderful pool home!

We spent a wonderful weekend at this place. I don’t think I have ever stayed at a cleaner property before. It had everything we needed, the pool was sparkling clean and there was a great backyard for the dog to explore. It was only three minutes away from a Walgreens and a Winn Dixie if you needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great little place

It’s nice to find a place with a well stocked kitchen of cooking utensils and pots. There is also a 4 burner grill that made cooking for the family a breeze at end of a fun filled day. The pool was kept warmer than any other place we have stayed and the property manager was informative with reminders (such as garbage pails out days) but not intrusive. Nice and clean. Would stay here again

Landscaping needs to be done

House was nice overall. Sebastian location was in middle of everything. You could hear traffic on main road. Shrubs, trees, pathways needed work. Well water really surprised me. Kitchen was well stocked. Liked the openness. Bedrooms where comfortable.

Perfect stay!

This house was immaculate! Furniture was up to date and clean! Rooms were perfect and the owner even left us dish washing soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and trash bags! Plenty of towels for the pool and beach as well as showering. The only draw back is that it is on a main road and I had a little dog that could get out of the fence. The location was awesome, close to everything and best of all the beach! The owner was great with communication and even sent us reminders about when the trash needed to go out.

Perfect - exactly what I needed

I was in Florida to visit / check on / help my very elderly mother. This property is not only right around the corner from her, it is also clean, VERY well equipped, and really the exact respite I needed after each busy day. The kitchen has everything you need to cook actual dinners (I made enchiladas one night and a spring vegetable risotto another) and being able to come back here and relax in the pool was exactly the right break from being super busy. The hosts are on top of everything, respond to questions right away, and are generally just super helpful. I absolutely will stay here when I visit again!

Dream Home with Private Pool

This property is fabulous! We felt pampered in the luxurious home that is beautifully decorated. The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the master bath was newly renovated. The big screen TV was perfect for afternoon movies and the game room provided spaces to play together or a quiet spot to curl up and read. Loved the coffee bar, grill and kitchen with all the necessities for a dinner at home. Our favorite part was the private covered pool which made us feel like we were at a fine resort that was beautifully landscaped. This home is centrally located allowing guests to head to the beach or waterside dining in minutes. We will definitely be returning to this Florida dream home.

Immaculate Cozy Retreat

This was a fantastic stay. The villa is spotless and newly refurbished and has thought of so many touches. The swimming pool is a good temperature even in late. December, the Family TV Room is perfect for cosy evenings watching movies together with the kids a state of the art huge cinema screen smart TV and wonderful oversized L-shaped Couch. The beds are big and exceptionally comfortable, and it is located in a quiet, secluded spot in a good location convenient for local restaurants, shops and beaches. We extended our holiday for 4 days, and this was the perfect final stop before we came back. Couldn't recommend it more. The kids loved the included games, and played with them in the games room between swims. Finally the communication with Eddie was brilliant, very helpful and very on-the-ball. We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!

PERFECT CHOICE!

SO very glad we picked this property. Everything we could possibly need was supplied and everything was quality from the furniture and linens to the pots and pans! I was particularly happy with the night lights that were in the halls as well as the bathrooms...just as I have in my own home. Ed is the perfect host. He answered all our questions and made excellent suggestions in regard to beaches, Church, and restaurants. The pool water temperature was great and we quickly found out that what little debris fell through the screening easily disappeared with a quick brushing leaving the water crystal clear all week. If you choose this home, you will not be disappointed. THANKS ED!

🌴🌊 Cozy backyard near the beach🌴🌊

This place was amazing, the pool was warm, the house was clean, it’s centrally located to the food market and beach, it’s kid friendly if needed, and the bed was so cozy. The décor is so warm and cozy feels like home away from home.
