Club MarBrisa Carlsbad! This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom standalone suite, located exclusively in Villa 53 in The Pointe neighborhood, features a primary bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds and includes a separate bathroom. A generous living room offers a separate dining area, TV, and queen-size sleeper sofa. The suite also features a full kitchen that includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, sink, dishes and utensils. Each unit includes a patio or balcony. Complimentary community laundry facilities are available in each building. Property has a community pool and kid's play place.
*Please note that The Pointe neighborhood has no elevators, stair access may be necessary.
