✔ Free parking on premises - Plenty of parking in front of the house for 8 vehicles. No parking on the street outside of the property. The narrow road in front of the property needs to be clear for the fire truck to get through incase of an emergency.

Interaction with guests
Your host will not be on the property but they will be available for anything you need during your stay. This will be self check-in. The guests will check in through the front entrance with a code.

Additional rules
✔ NO SMOKING- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking will result in a $1,000 smoking fee
✔ NO DRUG- Will be used inside and outside of the house.
✔ NO ALCOHOL in the pool and hot tub. ✔ NO FOOD & DRINK inside the hot tub and the pool.
✔ LIMIT NOISE after 9:00pm. Please consider our neighbors and surroundings. Quiet hours: 9:00pm-7:00am.
✔ NO PARTY-Outside guests are not allow into the house without checking with the host. Number of guests is monitored. Parties will result in a $3,000 party fee. For each unregistered guest, the primary guest will be charged $35 per night.
✔ NO SHOES inside of the house.
✔ NO HANGING on the basketball hoop and NO ADJUSTING the hoop.
✔ NO LITER on the yard and around the house.
✔ NO KIDS under 18 years allow in the pool without an adult supervision.
✔ USING property POOL, HOT TUB & FIRE PIT at your own risk. The owners and management will not responsible for accidents or injuries. By booking at our property, you are responsible for all guests during your stay.
PLEASE NOTE that the hot tub and pool may occasionally be out of service for routine maintenance or unforeseen emergencies and they won’t be available for use.
Pool will be heated during the Jun-Aug and will be closed during Sep-Jun.
✔ AVOID DAMAGE. Please treat our belongs appropriately. We will charge for damage caused by you. Guest Agrees To Pay For Any Damages Exceeding Deposit. ✔ When done using firepit, fire must be put out completely.
✔ There is a $25 pet fee per pet per night. Please keep pets off the furniture. If pet fur is found on bedding/bed there will be a $100 fee.
Hot Tub Safety Guidelines: 1. Check the temperature before entering. 2. Limit your sessions to 30 minutes. 3. Children are not permitted in the hot tub. 4. Consult a doctor if you have health concerns. 5. Be cautious of slippery surfaces. 6. Avoid alcohol and drugs in the hot tub. 7. Shower before and after use. 8. Contact 911 in case of emergencies. Use at your own risk.
