Beautiful house with lots of space. We had 10 people and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. Great location, quiet and easy to access all of the local places in Fenwick and OC.

Came here for a golf trip with college friends. House was great with plenty of space for nine guys. Neighbor hood was nice and close to courses and beaches. Communication with the owner was easy and they responded quick with every question. Definitely will be back next year.

Great place for a family get-together!

Three of my siblings and spouses stayed here for three nights. The beds were comfortable, the the living room was good for us to sit and chat, and the house was quiet. The kitchen isn’t overwhelmed with pots, pans, and utensils but there are enough of everything that it isn’t a problem. The house was clean and in very good condition. We’d stay again in a minute if the situation dictated.

Pristine property. Responsive owner . Everything as disclosed in listing. Close to all that we needed beach, golf boardwalk and a lively resort community. We were on Multigenerational family vacation and the house provided space for all. Would def return.

AMAZING!!

First and foremost, thank you to our hosts. We had an terrific time and we are most grateful for your attention to detail, ease of communication and the thoughfulness you showed in our getaway. We enjoyed every moment of our vacation largely in part due to our hosts well thought out preparations for our arrival. Thank you again, we had a wonderful time and plan on returning next year!

The house was perfectly clean and the caretakers were great and very responsive and helpful. Our only advice would be to get larger coffee pots! We liked having and Kuerig and a regular pot but they are both minis.

Annual kane family vacation

Every year my adult children, their spouses and now children too gather under one roof for a week to reconnect. This property is stunning, comfortable, warm, clean and the amenities are great. We beached. We pooled, walked. Ran and even saw a concert. Kristen and her husband are wonderful hosts. The communication was quick and informative. We would book this property again with them in a NY minute!!!

Beautiful Home

Exceptionally clean home with countless amenities. Rainy day? No problem. This house is spacious enough for the whole gang to watch a movie or retreat to their own space for a good book. Perfect day? A short drive or bike ride provides incredible convenience to grocery, dining, shopping and beach. The house is perfect and the hosts are responsive and accompanying.

Wedding Angels

It was my daughters wedding weekend and the house they had booked for the wedding party had no air. We were going to have to book hotel rooms. The owners of this beautiful home went out of their way to accommodate us. They saved our weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. New house with gorgeous furnishings. The wedding party were so appreciative. Thank you Kristin!

Weekend Getaway

I must say, Kristin was an amazing host. Overall communications were good. The photos do not give the property justice. The property was beautiful and the interior of the home was clean and welcoming as if you're visiting a hotel. We didn't take advantage of the amenities that were offered by the Host. We visited Ocean City and the host had outdoor chairs available for usage during our stay. I will rebook with Kristin in the near future. I'm so pleased with her professionalism and attention to detail leading up to our trip.

Our 4 generation family trip was wonderful! The hosts were professional, organized, and prepared. They answered all pre-trip questions promptly. House was clean and comfortable, and it fully accommodated our large group. We had fun riding the bikes around the resort, and we appreciated the indoor and outdoor games left for us. The Bayside amenities package was well worth it and we took full advantage of the property: swimming, splash areas, pickle ball, kayaking, basketball, and frozen drinks! Nearby grocery delivery provided all we needed for our stay.

We had a fabulous family vacation with 3 generations enjoying this home and location. The proximity to activities for everyone was great....biking, kayaking, beach, swimming, and gym workouts were easily accessible. The patio was perfect for grilling meals or just relaxing. Nature was at its best with the wildlife we observed, daily sightings of heron, birds, deer, egrets, and a pileated woodpecker! The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and so helpful...a pleasure to deal with.
