Ocean view townhouse with balcony overlooking one of four heated pools. Located just feet from Crescent Beach, our comfortable condo features an upstairs with a main bedroom with king bed, a second bedroom with full bed and twin bed, a bathroom with a shower, and another bathroom with bath/shower combo. Main floor has a kitchen with useful cooking utensils as well as a popup toaster and coffee maker, a dining area, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a half bath. All new flooring throughout! Strong WiFi and close beach access make this unit a wonderful choice for your vacation. We also provide a couple of beach chairs for your relaxing days on the beach.

Our condo is inside the Summerhouse Beach and Racquet Club, which offers many amenities including a club house with deck, a fitness room, basketball court, tennis and pickle ball courts, picnic area with grills, and a children’s play area. This condo complex is located next to Matanzas Fort National Monument and across the street from the hiking trails of the Southeast Coast Waterway Park. Our condo is within a short drive to St Augustine with its historic fort, lighthouse, fun shopping, Ghost tours, Red Trolley, Old Towne shopping and great restaurants. The area also offers kayaking, fishing, a variety of tours and cruises, and other fun activities.

As far as the furnishings go, It was a bit of mix match of things. There was a newer couch and 2 side chairs that matched. The kitchen pantry was a bit overstuffed making it hard to put our things in there. The a/c was great!!! But overall, we enjoyed our stay and you will too. How can you not, you’re at the beach!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros and Cons, but overall great! We really enjoyed our time at the condo. The location was great for us since we love the beach. Nice, well taken care of property, entrance is on the second floor. Neat and clean landscaping. The condo looked great at first glance on arrival, however there were some cleanliness issues. I know it's difficult for cleaning staff to dedicate a lot of time to clean, but I at least expect clean sheets and bedding and it was obvious they were not changed since the last guest. Good thing there's a washer and dryer, so I washed the bedding before getting in bed. Floors weren't mopped in a while since our socks turned black right away. Many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, and there was what looked like a fur ball or maybe lint on the rug in the second bedroom. So I hope the owners can get firm with the cleaning staff because the condo is truly nice. Also, we had everything we needed to start us off such as paper towels, dish soap, detergent etc. We did buy a Swiffer to clean the floors. And remember we're in Florida so we did see some uninvited pests in the condo, and a variety of critters outside too, not a big deal to us. Overall, I recommend this condo.
