A custom built south Florida masterpiece is the perfect relaxing retreat for you and your family that exudes the feeling of being in an elite resort. Nestled privately within 2.5 acres of unspoiled SW Florida nature. Abundantly wrapped in Palm trees and tropical foliage this home feels like you have truly escaped all while being right in the heart Naples within the desirable Golden Gate Estates.

The home is one level with no steps to the front door for those requiring wheelchair accessibility. There is a large two garage on one side of the house and also a single car garage, (both of the garages have five steps.)

The open concept kitchen, dining, and living areas all have sliding glass doors that open up to afford beautiful views of the outdoor living area. A spa like courtyard awaits with tranquil water fountains, cozy outdoor furnishings and saltwater pool complete with color changing LED lights at night. For alfresco dinning there is a professional 60" vent hood in the outdoor living area for the grilling chef in your family.

Chefs Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create delicious home cooked meals. Kitchen Aid appliances, blanco granite sink, Induction stove top, and a Keurig coffee maker and massive 10 foot Island all waiting to make your day just a little bit easier. The formal dining room just off the kitchen seats 12 and looks out to the screened lanai pool area.

Bedroom 1.
Master suite is a large retreat with king bed, sitting area, his and hers closets, clawfoot bathtub, large marble shower with two different shower heads including a powerful rain head, a perfect to pamper yourself at the beginning or the end of your day.

Bedroom 2.
The "Casita" is connected to the main house but with a separate entrance for privacy. French doors on the back of the room open to the pool deck and outdoor living areas. This separate suite features a California King bed, full bathroom with walk-in stone shower and separate A/C unit.

We had a lovely week at the Little Monastery. The house is spacious and beautiful, and the kitchen is especially pretty. Paul was responsive to our questions and requests, purchasing a shower chair for my mother and immediately calling for service for the heating unit when we needed it. The outside patio and pool area is comfortable and attractive - sadly, it was too chilly to swim when we were there, but we loved looking at it! Overall, we recommend the house, which is nestled in lush landscaping and is well-situated for day trips all over the area!

Beautiful home , clean and great location . This home was exactly what we needed , everything in the house very high end .. appliances, bedding!! I would just add one thing - kitchen just needs more appliances, like toaster .. but that’s all .

Last minute rental - wonderful result

Even though there was not a lot of time to find a place to stay due to the impending hurricane, luckily we came across this wonderful property that provided us an absolutely great place to stay. It was clean with high end finishes. The layout and overall privacy was second to none. The house is furnished with great furniture to make even the most fussy person comfortable. If you are looking for a place that provides comfort and privacy. While being close enough to everything to do in SW FL, this is your place. Thank you Paul for all your help.

Thank you for writing a response albeit it’s been over half a year since you stayed with us. I’m not sure you are reviewing the right property though, as your comments seem mixed up with another property. Although you didn’t write a review you rated listing location and listing accuracy as your complaint for a two star review. Reading all the other reviews listing accuracy is always listed as a positive indicator of the property not a negative as in your case. I think you are confused as well with the location which is also shown on the map in the listing. This seems to be an internal Vrbo problem asking travelers to write a review months after they stayed at several other locations. Having someone who is in a bad mood potentially ruin a business by randomly submitting a poor review that is not justified is slander and a type of defamation that VRBO should be accountable for as well as having repercussions for the traveler.
