We were so glad to stay at this Anna Maria home for the month of February! Most days we would sit on the backyard patio soaking up the sunshine. Jason quickly answered any questions we had. We hope to visit again!
Great stay! Huge beautiful kitchen and very quick walk to gorgeous beach. Backyard is gigantic and has a canal to fish, kayak, or just admire lovely view.
Incredibly nice place to stay. Excellent communication. Conveniently located for a restful stay in a quiet neighborhood with easy walking distance to the beach.
We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, updated and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We chose this house so that we could dock our boat on the canal. It is a great boating town, plus walking distance to restaurants. We would love to come again!
We loved this house and were pleasantly surprised that it felt nicer and larger than the photos. It was very clean and recently renovated. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and had some luck. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Wonderful location, easy walk to town or the beach.
Amazing host, amazing place, amazing location on the island. The host was incredible to work with. You can easily walk everywhere you need to on the island.
Had excellent communication. Home was very clean! Walking distance to beach and shops on Pine Avenue and Gulf Drive.

Beautiful, spacious, accommodating!
We had a wonderful stay here! The host was very accommodating to our needs, the house was extremely spacious and gorgeous! The pictures don’t do it justice! Stunning waterfront! My now husband and I had a great time spending our wedding weekend here!
This house is truly a gem. Location is great. It’s nice to have some original Anna Maria charm. Extremely clean, stocked with every utensil you could ever need, and comfortable.
Great location, walkable to town and beach. However I would definitely rent a golf cart! So fun and easy parking everywhere. Love the location to the beach less than two blocks. The house has everything things you need. We were 5 people and very comfortable. The patio in back of house facing canal was very nice too.

Everything Is here!
This house has it all. The canal is so full of fish, the kayaks are great, and the beach is a short walk. We have made this our vacation spot year after year. The house has plenty of pots, pans, beach supplies, linens, you name it. We enjoy our stay and would highly recommend it!
We loved this house! There is so much room in the living room/kitchen open area. The location was perfect for us. It was a few blocks to the Sandbar restaurant where we attended a wedding. It was a short walk to the beach or Pine Street to shop or to catch the trolley - very handy! Jason, the property manager was easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this house!
Very nice, very clean. Spacious in and out. Fully equipped. Everything appears to be brand new. Great property.

A gem!
This house has so many wonderful features! Being on the canal was wonderful, the home itself is very large and very spacious. It was set up with any thing that we needed, tools, beach supplies, cooking utensils, Linens, you name it!
It is a very short walk to the beach which is awesome! There are many restaurants right nearby, we truly enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure!
Loved every minute of our stay here. Home was impeccably clean and renovated. Enjoyed fishing off dock. Our son caught a few small fish and a blue crab (use frozen or live shrimp). Easy walk to the beach, and the Anna Maria Pier. We trailered our boat down from a few hours north, and used the ramp 1.2 miles south east (with about 9 parking spots behind a tennis court) to drop the boat in. Host was prompt in replying to questions. We would absolutely stay here again.
Stayed here with my son and two friends for our annual boys excursion of fishing and enjoying the sunshine. The house was perfect, actually better than described. Not sure if it was, but it sure appeared to be a brand new remodel inside with perfect accommodations including comfortable beds and pillows! Plus plenty of water pressure in the showers. Location was ideal, a short walk to the beach and the home is surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. A very nice channel behind the home if you have a boat that can easily get you out into the bay or the gulf. Pricing was very fair, especially considering that we were there on spring break. Kitchen was even nicely appointed with plenty of cookware and utensils. If you rent, it you would be disappointed. Guaranteed.
The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful home, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. It was stocked with essentials, so conveniently located to the places we wanted to go on AMI, and made for such a wonderful family vacation spot. I loved having coffee on the back porch each morning of our stay and also sitting out there one night when it rained. It was just a few minutes straight down the block to the beach, perfect for watching sunsets on the gulf side, and mere minutes from shops and restaurants on the main stretches of Gulf and Pine streets. We loved the living space, couches were super comfy as was access to streaming services on all the tvs!
My only complaints were the tight space around one of the beds and bruising my leg on the corner of the bed frame and the step down into one of the bathrooms that’s a doozy, but after the first day we were aware to be careful of both. We will absolutely come back here on our next trip to AMI!
This was a very comfortable house, more spacious than it looks in the photos. Kitchen is old, but very functional—tons of pots & pans. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfy. Love the retro gray tile bathroom and the beautiful shower in the newer one. Outside, the canal side table was enjoyable to relax at and we enjoyed a few paddles in the kayaks. The location of the place cannot be beat!
A few cons: There is construction next door, though it wan't very obtrusive during our month long stay. The back yard between the canal and house is rather an eyesore of gravel, weeds, and some determined grass trying to grow. There were tiny ants visiting most days on a few countertops in the kitchen, so beware to clean up well! And lastly, the internet was unreliable, especially during the day. As it is, I would not consider planning on working remotely from here.
Overall: fabulous place, we'd hoped to rent for next March—but someone beat us to it. Also eager to see the renovations the owner mentioned would be made to the property! Thanks for sharing your home.
