This modern townhome, built in 2013, is the perfect space for a couple or a small family with children. You will always feel at home!
We prefer long-term guests, but also offer a 7-night minimum for your traveling convenience.
This home is conveniently located just outside the city, in a family-oriented neighborhood, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
NOT intended for large groups or parties.
Please enjoy this private, bright, spacious home and all the great things this area has to offer!

PETS:
Dogs are considered per the hosts discretion and an additional $200 pet fee. $100 will be refunded at the end of your stay (after home inspection), if the home is left as if a dog was not there (excessive hair), and the yard is free of feces. The other $100 will be used for additional cleaning.

Would definitely stay again

The entire stay from checking in to checking out was a great experience. The owner was quick to respond when I was communicating with her. The townhouse was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items like spice, utensils and coffee.

Wonderful week long stay!

Alison’s place was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our home away from home. Communication with Alison was great and I will definitely be back!
