4 Bdrm Modern Victorian with Tree House and playground

Beautifully remodeled Victorian Painted Lady with all the modern amenities one could wish for including an amazing tree house and playground any kid would love.
It has a huge living room area, state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances: professional grade gas range with built in grill, huge built in refrigerator, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven kitchen aid mixer, farmhouse sink, etc.
The master suite has a king size bed, baby crib, walk in closet, spa bathroom, and an LED TV with Roku. Enjoy our spa bathrooms with steam shower/bathtub or the jetted glass Jacuzzi tub with built in radio and therapy lights.
The other two upstairs bedrooms both have queen size beds and one of the bedrooms has a Smart LED TV. The fourth, downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and a queen size blow up mattress in the closet , if needed.
Eat out in many gourmet restaurant, go boutique shopping or for a walk along the Hudson river in the newly rejuvenated down town Troy.
This gorgeous house is conveniently located 5 minutes from down town Troy, 10 minutes from down town Albany, 40 minutes from Saratoga, 2.5 hours from New York City.
Go swimming in many surrounding lakes or hike in the Adirondacks or the Catskill Mountains a short drive away. Endless possibilities for a wonderful vacation!

Great Family Getaway

The Painted Modern Lady property was the perfect getaway for the family. The number is bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect with our teenagers. Tons of hiking places to hike and catch the foliage. The famers market is a must for anyone staying the weekend.

The inside of the home was wonderful. Everything you could ask for was there. Very comfortable and the showers were GREAT. The 1 thing that i'll point out is my 1st impression. The outside of the home needs some work. The porch and decks need staining and there were many places where the paint was peeling or non existent. Like i said it was wonderful having my family together and there was plenty of room for all. Would i rent again......noR

Lovely space and accomodating host

This residence made our week of graduation a complete success, with all the comforts of home. It was in a wonderful central neighborhood that felt safe and was close to campus and the grocery store. Our host was available and not at all intrusive, making this a very easy stay.
