Amazing Stay!!

This property was in the perfect location. The fenced in back yard was perfect for the pup, and the house was very well stocked with everything we had hoped for! This property is clearly updated, both inside and out, and it really was the perfect size for us!

Spacious and comfortable get-away

Tastefully decorated, spacious, and quiet get-away located a little over a mile from downtown. Easily within walking distance (especially if you park your car at the end of the development near the bridge). Only minor negatives were that you don’t have a view of the water and the washer/dryer was not in the main living quarters. Greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Amazing Getaway

We stayed here to celebrate my significant others birthday. The house was so close to everything which made it so much easier. We walked into town twice (20ish minutes to get over bridge) which was clutch especially on Saturday when the St Patrick’s Parade was happening. Definitely keeping this place in mind for next time. The host was so nice and made everything super easy as well!

Great Location

The duplex is in a nice in a quiet location, easy to get to downtown St. Augustine 4 minute ride, place is very clean and has everything that you might need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well stocked and all of the bathroom essentials are there. Nice fenced backyard for the dogs to hang out and play. Even though it is a pet friendly place, there weren't any lingering pet odors.

Sweet and Simple

Nothing fancy but has everything you need. Wonderful location. Quiet neighborhood but close to many attractions especially if you love to walk or bike. We were able to walk to the Bridge of Lions and into the Old City and to the historic Saint Augustine Light House. Also many great restaurants on Anastasia Island. Loved sitting on front porch. Very pet friendly. Beautiful area to walk the dog

Wonderful!

Husband and I (and mini schnauzer) had 5 wonderful nights at “New, Here Comes the Sun”. The house was as pictured, but cuter in person. Spotlessly clean, well stocked, beds very comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to Historic St Augustine, restaurants and the beaches. Try Conch Resort Restaurant for seafood about 1 mile from home. Very Good! We would highly recommend this home and would love to return in future!

Perfect location

The central location of the property was perfect. We were just minutes away from historic downtown, lighthouse, & beach area. Even close enough for a day trip to Daytona Beach to return to eat in historic downtown. Neighborhood was quiet and perfect for morning/afternoon walks with the bassets. The house was very clean and stocked with all essentials to make for a great trip. Decor was well thought out and beds were very comfortable. Noelle was quick to answer any questions and had a basket containing water and snacks when we arrived. Definitely be staying here on my next trip to St Augustine.

Nice!

This house was in a great location for a short stay in St. Augustine. It had what we needed for 5 days. While the house wasn't ready upon check-in, due to a miscommunication with the cleaning service, the host was quick to respond and got it resolved immediately. She even phoned to explain, which was appreciated.

Lights of St Augustine

Perfect. We were perfectly located to walk to the Lion’s Bridge into old St Augustine and busy George Street — 20 to 25 minutes through a quiet lovely neighborhood. We found numerous restaurants along the main street to the bridge. The Christmas season in old St Augustine is not to be missed. The house has every amenity and was exceptionally clean and well-supplied. We will definitely return, even in another season.

Hi There!

My name is Noelle and I’m excited to be your future host! I just recently moved to the Charlotte, North Carolina area. I am a mommy of 2 amazing rambunctious kiddos (my son is 7 yrs and my daughter is under 2yrs old). I absolutely love traveling and experiencing new destinations. With this in mind, I enjoy meeting new people and allow others to experience a home away from home at my amazing properties. Please reach out to say hello and I’ll be sure to send a speedy, warm welcome your way!

Why they chose this property

I chose this area of the island b/c of its central access to downtown, the beach and amazing restaurants. The Conch House is my absolute favorite and is only an 8min walk up the street. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!

What makes this property unique

Inside this home you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom and all the amenities you need! The house welcomes you with a comfy front patio which is great for lounging and has a great sense of privacy from the shielding landscape. You can also hang all of your beach attire to dry. The entrance to the home leads you to the living room, with a flat screen tv equipped with Roku and full sofa with a pull out sofa bed. This is the heart of the home. The living room flows nicely into the dining room that can comfortably seat 4. You have access to a delightful kitchen fully stocked with all the cookware you need. Down the hall are two guest bedrooms with a queen and king size bed. These two bedrooms share a full-size bathroom off the hallway with a full-size tub/shower.
The back yard is cozy and is great for sun bathing which is completely fenced in and amazing for your four legged family members to stretch their legs. There is also a washer and dryer for tackling the necessary loads of laundry.
Make this home the ultimate space for you and family to unwind and explore the beauty of St. Augustine.
