Spring Break 2024

Property was nice and clean. Building safe, quiet and outdoor pool was clean. Internet was spotty at times. Wish there were hooks in the master bathroom to hang towels up and also a bath mat. Other than that a good place for my family to relax.

Listing is Deceiving

When I saw this property online, the pictures and location seemed perfect for a short 4-day vacation. Reality was quite the opposite. When we arrived- the whole rental unit smelled like someone smoked, the carpet was filthy, the master bed appeared as though it had been slept in, there were used throw pillows and a very large used rug rolled up in the closet and to top it all off there was a used bar of soap in the shower- if you are looking for a "frat-like" space, this would be more than sufficient. We didn't stay even 1 hour at this condo, the smell and conditions were so bad. I attempted to speak to the property manager directly by calling, however he would not answer my calls. I will say he did message and offered to have the place professionally cleaned, again, but that would not have resolved any of the issues, the carpet and some of the bedding/furniture needs to be replaced. Also, the added inconvenience of having the property cleaned while we were supposed to be occupying it would have further contributed to the inconvenience of our short vacation so we made alternative accommodations. He refused any sort of compensation.

Excellent Place

We loved staying at the condo - it was great for us and our two young children. Everyone here was very friendly, and it's very close to everything. The unit is well equipped and extremely clean. We hope to stay here again next year when we visit. Jillian and Scot
