On the green hills overlooking Monreale and Palermo, about 700 meters above sea level, is located this spacious vacation home, ideal place for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, in the charming countryside of Monreale. Veranda and outdoor area equipped for relaxing and outdoor dining, barbecue. Large fenced plot with beautiful swimming pool overlooking the surrounding hills. Nearby there are characteristic dairy farms where you can taste the local cheese specialties. The beautiful city of Monreale with its magnificent cathedral and Benedictine monastery is only 13 km away. 20 km Palermo, rich in history, art and culture, with its monuments, museums, palaces, churches and the famous cathedral. The house is on 2 floors: on the first floor a large living room, two double bedrooms, the kitchen with a characteristic wood-burning oven, a bathroom; On the second floor there are two more double bedrooms (one with low ceiling), a twin bedroom (low ceiling) and a bathroom. About 25 km from the beaches of the northwest coast of Sicily.
