About this property

This newly remodeled beach townhome, PET FRIENDLY is ready to rent. It is located just minutes west of Rosemary Beach and minutes east of Seaside. The townhome sits directly on the beach with the access at your back door.
Upstairs has a king bed master with spacious balcony overlooking the beach and the amazing Gulf of Mexico! Second floor bedroom has comfortable queen bed. Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom.

When you enter the townhome you will be excited to see beautiful solid wood doors, cabinets in kitchen loaded with high end appliances (See Photos). And all the features of a complete kitchen for those special stay at home cooked meals. Next is a cozy dining area that seats six then you flow into the living area with all new furnishing including a new Queen Sleeper. You continue thru the living area to the spacious patio with Polywood dining and a bird's eye view of the Gulf. This unit is Pet Friendly so you can bring your special pets with you if you wish. Beautiful beach view

We had a great time staying here! Perfect location for us, it was close to restaurants & the little town center, and who can beat having the beach as your backyard! Beautiful home, very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We brought our dog & it was nice to have a backyard to take him out to & play around. Having the beach chairs & umbrella provided for was great so we didn’t have to bring our own & carry them up & down the stairs to the beach. I would definitely be booking here again!

Paradise!

I have no complaints about this property. It’s in a great location and peaceful. The views from the townhouse were great. The water was beautiful. The owners even left some bottles of wine for us which was so nice. My 2 little Pomeranians got to go to the beach for the first time and loved it. My kids did not want to leave. Everything was amazing!!! Best place in Florida we’ve ever stayed. No more high rise condos for us. We will be back!
