The Space:

This gorgeous vacation villa awaits in the gated community of the Amelia Island Omni Resort. Set among the shady oak trees, this furnished villa offers an open floor plan living room and spacious, extended Florida room with a cozy lounge area and plenty of seating for easy entertaining. The Florida room additionally provides easy access to the back patio. The master bedroom retreat offers both space and comfort with access to an updated ensuite bathroom, featuring a tiled shower and granite countertops. The secondary bedroom features two full size beds and access to the second bathroom. The community offers two pools and is a short distance to beach access, golfing, spas, and shops.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.



While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, and restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15 minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.



Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to club members and their guests.



All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.



We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.
