The apartment was renovated in November 2007, has 3 bedrooms, fitted kitchen, living and dining room and a covered breakfast terrace. 2 bathrooms with shower. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and up to 4 children.

This holiday complex is a lovely, tasteful holiday complex, where every guest can also find a quiet place to relax. The apartment is fully furnished. In the complex there are two pools with pool showers, sun loungers, covered parking, 2 permanently installed grill systems and several sun terraces. The facility is constantly looked after by a couple of administrators, who are always available to help and advise the guests. The public areas are partly monitored by video for security. It is ideal for families with children during the holiday season and an ideal retreat for pensioners outside the holiday season. The region has a particularly good climate. The shopping center, restaurants, clinics, pharmacies, small shops such as boutiques and souvenir shops are all within walking distance of the complex.

ATTENTION for our foreign guest TV programs are received via satellite systems. The countries in which there are only TV programs, mainly via antennas or pay TV, usually only receive a few standard programs. In consideration of other house guests, we expressly point out that they can of course also receive visitors, but the pools are only intended for our guests.

We had a wonderful two weeks staying here. Carmen met us on arrival and was so welcoming, and both Sylvia and Carmen went out of their way to make us feel at home.The apartment was absolutely spotless, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a home-from-home stay. The complex is very well maintained, with two lovely communal pools and clean, excellent facilities.It would have been nice to have a slightly more comfortable sofa for relaxing indoors, but this certainly didn’t hinder our stay, as we spent most of our time enjoying the lovely surroundings.The location is fantastic, with a local supermarket, cafés, bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We particularly recommend Pizza Pazza for pizza and Rendezvous a local French Restaurant, which was lovely and very accommodating of dietary requirements, including gluten-free options. We hired a car for longer trips, which worked really well.What really made our stay, though, were Sylvia, Carmen and the lovely people on the complex. They made us feel so welcome, and we would definitely love to return in the future.Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Hervorragend!! Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung, Sehr sauber, liebevolle (deutsche) Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Pools waren sehr sauber und wurden gepflegt, komplette Küchenausstattung, Anlage sehr gepflegt, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants vor Ort. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fantastisch appartement met zeer vriendelijke gastvrouwrn

Super fijn appartrment met 2 zwembaden en b.b.q. mogeijkheden, op een soort residentie met nog 3 andere appartementen. Heel gemoedelijke en gastvrije sfeer. Wij komen zeker een keer terug.

Alles super

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wenn mal was war, was selten vorkam, haben die Verwalterinnen sofort alles in Bewegung gesetzt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Und prima betreut. Die Jungs waren begeistern vom Pool. Viel Platz für alle. Alles sehr entspannt.

Sehr sauber gepflegt.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein leichter Keller Geruch hatten wir zum Anfang aber mit etwas lüften war der Geruch schnell verflogen. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß in den zwei super gepflegt Pools.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub...... die Anlage ist Top, das einzige was wir bemängeln , es war in unserem Arpartment kein Backofen und mit Kindern braucht man einen (Pommes ect. ) sonst alles top....

Ein Toller Urlaubsdomiziel

Wir sind schon zum zweiten mal da gewesen ,mit einer Groppe von acht Personen,Alle hoch zufrieden. Super Anlage ,sehr gepflegt durch Markus und Tanja die auch sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert haben. Jeder von uns kommt wieder, und die anderen Gäste die da waren kommen seit Jahren immer wieder zurück. Sehr empfelenswert.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Blick fürs Detail

Wir wurden mit positiven Details überrascht, die uns das leben einfacher gemacht haben. Dazu gehörte der große Kühlschrank mit dem Gefrierfach, das auch noch Kühlelemente enthielt und somit den Einkauf erleichtert hat. Auch die vielen vorhandenen Spielgeräte und Luftmatratzen für den Pool gehörten dazu. Die Pools waren komfortabel und sehr sauber. Sowohl die beiden Supermärkte in Laufweite als auch der englische Zeitungsladen sowie zahlreiche Möglichkeiten günstig zu essen, machten den Urlaub sehr angenehm. In 7 Minuten war man am Meer am überwachten sauberen Strand. Das Badezimmer war komfortabel, die Dusche groß und es gab permanent angenehm temperiertes Wasser. Zwei Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung sorgten für ausreichend Abkühlung. Man konnte sein Auto sehr gut auf dem Gelände sicher abstellen. Einzig die Elektrik, insbesondere die Beleuchtung müßte mal erneuert werden. Das war aber gut verkraftbar.
