Sleeping possibilities are a double room, a twin-bed room (two single beds) and a guest room (spring room) with a large, modern sleeping couch for 2 persons. The guest room with large panoramic windows and double-winged patio door also offers a reading or games room, with plenty of literature such as thrillers, novels, storybooks for children to interesting cookbooks or reference books such as literature, dictionaries or atlases are available. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge - freezer, an oven with 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker and much more. No counted crockery or cutlery! The dining and living area has a satellite TV with HD flat screen, Hi-Fi receiver plus CD player, and a usable, open fireplace. Wi-Fi is available! Large panoramic windows offer a magnificent view of the opposite forest slopes of Wiedtal. The double-glazed glass door offers direct access to the large open-air terrace with garden furniture incl. Cushion or Cushions. The sunscreen is a large traffic light parasol. On request, a (high) barbecue and a table grill are available. The apartment is located in the middle of Wiedtal between Roßbach and Waldbreitbach in an idyllic and quiet hillside location at the edge of the forest in the small Waldbreitbacher district Gasbitze and directly on Westerwald-Steig. The comfortable apartment has an area of about 85 m² and is very suitable for 2-4 persons. There are two bedrooms (1 x double bed and 1 x twin bed) available. By arrangement, up to 6 people in the apartment to accommodate well (there is an additional guest room with modern sofa bed ready). The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The dining and living area also offers a cozy satellite TV with flat screen TV, hi-fi radio, DVD and. CD player and a usable, open fireplace. Bathroom and toilet are separate units. Large panoramic windows in the living area, as well as the large terrace in Mediterranean design, offer beautiful views of the opposite forest slopes of Wiedtal.  The apartment is located in the upper part of the building which can be reached via a wide, curved stone staircase.          The landlords live in the basement.
