You will surely spend wonderful, quiet and relaxing days here. The La Terracita apartment offers all the comforts you need for your stay. The apartment is 90 m2 in size and has 100 m2 of terraces and garden, which go around the entire house. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen, which can also be separated with a sliding door, and its own garden with terraces that goes all around the apartment. From the bedrooms you can walk directly onto the huge terrace with morning sun and from the living room you can directly access the terrace with afternoon and evening sun. In the apartment itself, next to the kitchen is the storage room.
The big highlight is the huge community pool, which is equipped with loungers and parasols. The apartment itself is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in 2 bedrooms, ideal for the hot summer time, and has central heating for the colder months of the year. 2 bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has a large sofa bed that can also serve as a double bed. The apartment invites you to dream and relax. The bathroom en suite is equipped with a bathtub and shower attachment. The large bathroom has a new and modern shower. WiFi is available in the entire apartment and has no extra charge.
The kitchen is equipped with a high chair, toaster, blender, microwave, electric coffee maker, egg cooker, kettle, fridge and freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and many other details. There is also an iron with ironing board, a baby bath (on request) and a hair dryer. Of course there are also baby beds.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, about 400m from the sea and the beach and very close to the first restaurants.
The fine and long sandy beach can be reached in just 5 minutes and invites you to relax. Since the beach slopes gently, the zone is particularly recommended for families with children. In addition, you can reach various shops, banks, restaurants and bars within a few minutes' walk.
Nothing stands in the way of an excursion to the pretty old town of Alcúdia or the port of Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença - the bus stop is also just a few minutes away.
In the apartment there are books for adults as well as children's toys and books for our little guests.
