About this property

This house of approx. 160m2 is one of our wonderful accommodations and is the ideal accommodation for couples, friends or families.
We are the owners of a very large restaurant in Ca`n Picafort, so you can put your trust in us. Since we handle almost everything privately with our guests, you will find few reviews on the website. I mention this because a guest recently asked me why there are no reviews about our house.
All 3 bedrooms have double beds with the possibility of 2 extra beds and 2 baby beds. There are two bathrooms (one en suite) and a guest toilet. We have cots, high chairs, changing tables and everything you need to make sure that the little ones are well. There are two terraces on the top floor, one with a view of the forest and another with a view of the sea. One terrace with morning sun and one with afternoon sun where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets!

The house has a terrace with a private garden and pool on the ground floor! There is a large table, chairs, grill and deck chairs where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and sunbathing. The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can relax, surf the Internet (WIFI), watch TV, read a book or take a nap. The dining room has a table and chairs for 6 people and the kitchen has another table with chairs. In addition, the kitchen has everything you need during your stay: microwave, kettle, cutlery, electric stove, fridge with freezer, egg cooker, etc. Of course, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. It is a fully equipped house to make you feel at home!

The location of the house is absolutely perfect, a little away from the tourist crowd it is approx. 150 m to the beach and the port of Can Picafort, restaurants and bars, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, bus stops and more are nearby. The beach is only a few meters away, and is ideal for children due to its shallow waters and gentle waves.

Fresh fish and meat, pizza, tapas and traditional Mallorcan food: in Can Picafort you will find all kinds of restaurants. If you want a snack, you will find bars and ice cream parlors! The 2 main supermarkets are on the main street, where you can also find the petrol stations.

There are other beaches worth visiting near Can Picafort: Playa de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Puerto Alcudia or Pollença.

Super Wohnung

Wir haben uns die Wohnung für ein verlängertes Wochenende gemietet, um einen Junggesellenabschied in Can Picafort zu feiern. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Von der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung war alles top. Die Lage war ebenfalls super. Innerhalb weniger Minuten war alles erreichbar (Strand, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ...) Wenn wir mit der Mannertruppe grade mal nicht unterwegs waren, haben wir die Zeit im herrlichen Pool verbracht. Falls doch mal etwas fehlt, einfach Bescheid sagen und einem wird geholfen! Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich, ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen!

Entspannter Urlaub!

War ein super schöner Urlaub! Das Ferienhaus lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, auch die Lage ist gut, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Auch das Essen im Restaurant war toll und nur weiterzuempfehlen 😊

Perfektes Haus zum entspannen und Sonne tanken

Wir ( eine Reisegruppe von 8 jungen Männern ) haben dort einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Der Pool und die Gartendusche ist ein Traum. Die Einrichtung des Hauses sowie die Ausstattung lassen keine wünsche offen ! Das Meer ist in 5 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und jede Minute in Haus und auf der Terrasse im Garten genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Schönes Haus, auch für Familen

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern in dem Ferienhaus. Die Austattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist sehr groß, da passt ohne weiteres ein Babybett mit rein; eine Wickelkommode ist auch vorhanden. DIe anderen beiden Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein. Um die Betten kann man gerade so einmal rumlaufen. Da man das Fenster nachts aufgrund der lauten Straße nicht offen lassen kann, muss man die Tür zum Flur offen lassen. Das ist auch schon das größte Manko: die Straße vor dem Haus. Zwar 30er Zone, aber das interessiert leider niemanden. auch viele LKW's und Busse fahren hier Tag und Nacht vorbei. Selbst bei geschlossen Fenstern nachts sehr laut!!!! Die anderen Reihenhäuser nebenan waren während unseres Aufenthaltes leer, deshalb kann ich nicht sagen, wie laut es wird, wenn die anderen Häuser auch vermietet sind. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und auch das Essen im eigenen Restaurant war sehr gut. Der Pool ist ganz neu und wird regelmäßig gereinigt und gewartet. Für unsere Kinder das Highlight!!!

Super Domizil

Wir hatten wunderschöne Urlaubswochen im Casa Natura. Den Aufenthalt kam man hier nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das fanden wir großartig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar (kurzer Anruf und sie kümmert sich direkt). Man fühlt sich gut betreut. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, SAT-TV etc. Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen. Dass die Vermieter auch gleichzeitig Inhaber eines Restaurants ( das "Vinicius" im Ort) sind hat uns gefreut denn da kann man noch super lecker!!!!! Essen.
