Apartment Ferry (Haus Über'm See)

The "ferry" is a spacious 3-room apartment with 70 square meters of living space on the first floor. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. The basic occupancy is for four people.

The apartment entrance leads you directly into the spacious and bright hallway. In the corridor area you will find the cloakroom with seating for putting on and taking off the shoes and a large mirror.

In the apartment is a spacious, bright shower room with toilet. Towels and bath towels are provided by us for domestic use. Bath towels for the beach and swimming pool use, we ask you to bring your own. Furthermore, a hairdryer is available in the apartment.

Bedroom in the "Ferry"

There are two bedrooms available. These are each furnished with a double bed wardrobe, bedside tables, alarm clock and sitting / Filing facilities equipped. The mattresses are high-quality pocket spring mattresses, so you can find your deserved sleep here and dream your dreams to the end. The provision of cots for infants is possible at any time. The bed linen is already included in the basic price.

living area

The living area is 24 square meters and is equipped with a kitchenette, a well-equipped, large dining table and a comfortable couch corner. Features include: 46 "TV, stereo (radio, CD), dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, ceramic hob with four hotplates, wall clock. The kitchen is, for at least four people, fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.

The living area has a south exposure to the adjacent forest. Given the slope, you are on the downhill side already on the second floor with a corresponding foresight on the wooded environment.
