Here at Trail's End we want to make your stay as simple, comfortable, and enjoyable as possible. We provide a modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable ski condo that is a 8-12 minute walk from the village and a 4 minute drive to the slopes.

Whether you're planning a ski-getaway for the family, a bachelorette for your BFF, or a golf weekend with the boys –we've got you.

Great skiing weekend

We had an excellent stay. The property had all the amenities needed. The kids loved the bunk beds. Parking in town could be problematic at times so it was nice to walk from the property to downtown. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Place to Stay while in Ellicotville

We had a very good weekend staying at Trails End! The unit itself was prefect. Clean, Modern, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our weekend skiing. They turned the Garage into another room which was a great place to store all our ski gear and not have to drag all our wet stuff into the house. We also enjoyed playing ping pong and watching games on the TV they had in the garage!

Excellent accommodation

Clean, easy access, and an owner that does an impeccable job of responding to questions. Only minor items would be the very small grill for a place advertised to accommodate 12. Steaks just had to be grilled in shifts. We only had 9 on our trip and had plenty of room, but the I'm not sure where you would put guests number 11 and 12. (2 in master + 2 in queen room + 4 in bunk room + 2 in sofa bed = 10). Maybe one on the other couch and one in... ? It more than served our purpose, but is something to be aware of.

A wonderful Christmas on the slopes with our adult children. When not on the slopes, we loved the town. Dinner at Villagios, drinks at the Banq and dancing at the Gin Mill. Kelly's home is a perfect location to everything. It's nicely decorated and very comfortable. We would love to return to Ellicottville and stay in this lovely home.

Beautiful home with everything you need and a close walk to everything

If your looking for a brand new, beautiful, vaulted high ceilings, roomy place then look no further! My family (me, my husband and 6 month old) and our best friends (also with a 6 month old) stayed here for a weekend and it was PERFECT (they even have a pack and play). The host were extremely attentive when we ask to stay another night and they even made it happen. If you want a stress free cozy getaway this is your place. We’re looking forward to going back this winter.

Our names are Kelly and Mary – we are sisters-in-law and we are thrilled to share our home with you!

Ellicottville holds a special place in our hearts, and we decided to take the plunge and become part-time residents ourselves (we even let our husbands, Sean and Phil, tag along!). We love having the opportunity to have others experience it too.

By day, Kelly works in marketing at a local cheese company and Mary is an attorney.

We chose Ellicottville for it's close proximity to our homes in Buffalo, New York. It's only an hour from us but feels like a world away!

We look forward to hosting you, please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions about the home, the village, places to eat or things to do!

Why they chose this property

Trail's End was built in 2014 to accomodate the growing demand for luxury homes within walking distance to the quaint village of Ellicottville, New York.

We purchased the home in 2022 with the goal of enjoying the beautiful village and surrounding natural wonders. For us, it's the best of everything: a short stroll into town for dinner with friends, a short drive to world-class skiing, and a walk out the front door to beautiful nature trails and parks.

We are so happy to share our home with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

We love all the luxurious touches throughout the home -- from the heated floors to warm your toes after a day outdoors, to the touchless faucet in the kitchen, to the beautiful cathedral ceilings upstairs. And you can't beat the location and views! This house has so many thoughtful features that we enjoy every time we are here, and we hope our guests enjoy them too!
