We welcome to our luxurious and premium, 5 bedroom, 4 bath villa. Our spacious 2300 sqft villa has game room, and a private pool and spa, backing onto a beautiful pond. With high end furnishings this home was designed to exceed all your expectations and make your stay both memorable and enjoyable. Our Villa is a beautiful place to retire at the end of an eventful day, offering everything you could possibly desire in a vacation home, relax in the pool/spa, watch a movie in the home theater, play snooker, read a book from our library, walk/jog on the trail around the pond or better yet watch Disney's fireworks from the lounge chair while sipping a drink. Did we leave out anything ? Hope not !

The house has a digital lock and check-in with a management company to get access is not required. Your party will be assigned a code for the lock for your stay. Check in is 4:00 pm. EST and check out is 11:00 am. EST.

Great room / Family room

The spacious great room is homey and welcoming--a place where everyone will gather for conversation and entertainment. The great room is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling and three large skylights.

The family room has comfortable sofas, 50' flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player for you to enjoy.

From the family room you can access the covered Lanai through sliding doors and retreat to your idyllic oasis.

The open floor plan allows interaction between the kitchen, dining and living area.

Kitchen

The bright and airy gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal. The spacious fully appointed kitchen is accented by a raised bar and stools.

There is a formal dining area with seating for eight. The eat-in dinette, with sitting for six, is adjacent to the dining area so that as many as 14 can enjoy meals together if desired.

All pots, pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, blender, toaster, slow cooker etc. are provided. Kitchen is also equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

Master Bedroom 1: Master suite has a king sized bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with a garden style tub along with a separate stand-up shower and double vanity. It also has a 42’’ LCD TV with digital cable. Walk-in closet, night tables, alarm clock and drawer dresser with mirror. French door through the bathroom takes to the pool deck area. Swim and walk straight into your en-suite bathroom.

Master Bedroom 2: The second master has a king sized bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. It also has a 32’’ LCD TV with digital cable. Walk-in closet, night tables and alarm clock. French door through the bathroom takes to the pool deck area. Swim and walk straight into your en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: This room has queen size bed and a 22’’ LCD TV with basic cable. There is also a third bathroom with a tub/shower combination in the hallway between bedrooms 3 & 4. Built-in closet and night-tables as well extra linen.

Bedroom 4: This room has two twin beds. It also has a 22’’ LCD TV with basic cable. Built-in closet and night-tables as well extra linen.

Bedroom 5: This room has a queen size bed. It also has a 22’’ LCD TV with basic cable. There is a bathroom (4th bathroom) with a tub/shower combination adjoining to this bedroom. Built-in closet and night-tables as well extra linen.

Bathrooms

All the 4 full baths are equipped with hair dryers.

All the baths have adequate supply of towels, hand cloths and face cloths.

Bathroom # 1 - Double vanity with large soaking tub and separate shower.

Bathroom # 2, 3 and 4 - Mirrored vanity with a tub/shower combination.

Pool and Lanai

In the evening you can watch the spectacular Epcot fireworks from the comfort of a lounge chair in our pool/spa area. Enjoy the private pool and spa, while sipping drinks and watching fireworks.

The covered lanai area has 4 chairs, 4 reclining lounge chairs, 2 small tables and cushioned patio set with coffee table. Backyard backs onto a pond that has a walking/jogging trail around it.

The pool depth is 3 foot deep to 5 foot deep (at the deepest point), 30 feet long and 15 feet wide and we have a child safety fence that runs the whole perimeter of the pool, along with pool alarms on all the doors leading out to the pool area. The pool area is completely screened in.

Indian Creek Community

Indian Creek is one of the upscale, popular and closest subdivisions to Walt Disney. The Main Gate to Walt Disney World is only 3 miles away! In our experience this is the most important factor when planning a holiday in Orlando. One moment you are at the park, next into your own private pool/spa.

Shops, supermarket, restaurants and amusements are very nearby (about 1 mile). Yet Indian Creek is away from the hustle and bustle, so that our guests can relax in a quiet resort community setting.

Indian Creek community has sidewalks and street lights for the safety and comfort of your family and guests. A children playground is perfect for your kids when you want to spend a relaxing day in the community. Indian Creek also has a soccer field so that you can play a game or two with your family and friends.

You can take a walk around the community, the nature trail or simply enjoy all of the open spaces. For runners, there is a jogging track across the bridge which runs around the two lagoons nearby in Indian Creek.

Some amenities of the Indian Creek subdivision include; a park with a slide, swings, monkey bars and a soccer field located around the block (about a 5 minute walk). There is also a putting green in the beginning of the subdivision along with another park (about a 10 minute walk).

Kissimmee Town :

Kissimmee is a hotspot of every imaginable retail shopping experience, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses and amusement.

Less than 2 miles - Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Cracker Barrel, Giordano's Pizza, Carabba's Italian Grill, TGI Friday's, Taste of China, Golden Corral, Waffle House, Wild Side BBQ, Subway, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Winn-Dixie Food Store and Walgreen’s drugstore;

3 miles - Superstore Target Dollar store & Applebee's, Olive Garden, Denny’s, Shoney’s, Ponderosa Steak House, Sizzler, Publix Supermarket and much more.

5 miles - Walmart.

Also in Kissimmee, you will find variety of Fun Spots, Gator land, Fantasy of Flight, Medieval Life, mini golf courses and several Dinner Shows (Capone's and Medieval Times). For the visiting golfer we can provide you with information on 20 golf courses within 20 minutes.

The Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in an hour and the white Gulf coast beaches are only 90 minutes away, so Indian Creek is well located.

20 minutes to Sea World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios.

Animal Kingdom is 2 miles away, thru side road. Very close to Disney World. and only 10 miles to Universal Studios and 8 miles to Sea World.

Champion's Gate Golf Club (5 miles away)

Champions Gate Golf Club in Orlando, Florida features two premier 18-hole championship golf courses designed by accomplished architect and golfer, Greg Norman.

The International Course brings a unique 'down under' style of coastal links from Norman’s homeland to Orlando golf. The links style course is designed around scenic natural wetlands, and features long carries, deep pot bunkers, tall grass-topped dunes, and large undulating greens. The International course has hosted many of the top players in golf, at the Father Son Challenge.
