Beautifully updated Queens Bay Condo with exceptional view

Beautiful Lake Havasu 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite , newly renovated , close to the to the London Bridge. Water and golf course view, over looking the palms and swimming pool with 2 hot tubs. Everything within walking distance . Close to shops, multiple restaurants and movie theatre. Take a 15 min ferry to the casino ( new casino opening in June 2018) or Jett boat to Laughlin. So many things to do! Great walking, biking, community centre, pickle ball, lawn bowling, rowing, paddle board the cannal , fishing and Kyaking .
Suite is all newly renovated. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, walk in showers . Reclining sofa, 55 inch smart tv, well equipped kitchen , new linens, king and queen beds , new paint and window coverings. Safe and friendly gated community, bike or walk the rotary beach walkway or island .

Beautiful, well appointed, spacious & spotless! We were poriively thrilled with this condo and plan to return many times again. The condo is beautifully decorated and has every convenience a guest could hope for. Great view! We had coffee every morning enjoying the view of the golf course and the lake! This is our second stay at this condo. We love the location and all of the amenities included with this beautiful spot. The host was very responsive and helpful to any questions or concerns…walking distance to the bridge and many surrounding food establishments. Thank you for offering this great place to stay!

We loved the unit. It is advertised as a 2-bedroom 1 bath so we were surprised to fine the second bathroom! the view from the balcony was great, beautiful sunset. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped, but we did not do any cooking during our stay so I really cannot comment on how well the kitchen was appointed. the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Close to the village...great location

We've stayed here multiple times and each time the condo is great! It's a very nice location overlooking the pool and golf course along with views of the lake. The condo is clean and comfortable. Always look forward to staying here has it's our "go to" place.

Awesome condo!

We loved this place during our stay! The condo was cleaned and had everything we needed for our stay. The space to park our boat was a plus! Our host,Leanne, was promt in getting back with any questions I had. Will definitely be back for our next Havasu trip!

Best Queen’s Condo Yet!

Nicely appointed and clean condo with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Wi-Fi was sporadic, but other than that, it was just perfect for us.

Wonderful spot!

Well appointed, clean, lots of thoughtful touches, beautiful grounds, large pool, close to a nice walk along the channel. Well managed condo building. For us, it was an ideal rental.
