One of the best places I have stayed at by far. Best view of the lake and London bridge. The place a clean and well accommodated with additional blankets, towels, waters, etc. Would definitely book this place again in the future.

This was a great place to stay in Havasu. Mike the owner was great, always answered any questions you would have. Place was very nice and clean. My family has been going to Kings Condos for about 10 years and this was by far the nicest one we stayed in.

This unit was even better than described. Very clean, good sized, wonderful location. The patio was a great place to sit and relax and watch "the world go by"! Walking distance to the London Bridge and some good restaurants. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo!!

What a great place to stay! All of the amenities of home, and a beautiful view. The bed in the primary suite was so comfy, and the ensuite was large, with a washer and dryer. Easy parking access. And the beach was just a few steps away.

This is a beautiful spot to enjoy the water. The balcony was a great place for morning coffee. It is Very spacious and clean with all the amenities needed. Maybe some regular chairs on the balcony would be more comfortable than just stools.
