Die 50 qm große Ferienwohnung wurde 2013 komplett renoviert, befindet sich im DG des Hauses und Sie haben vom Balkon zur Ostseite aus einen wunderbaren Blick auf Wiesen und Felder des Rottals. Alle Dachfenster der Wohnung sind mit elektrisch betriebenen Außenrollos ausgestattet. Der getrennte Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit separater Küche ist im gemütlichen Landhausstil eingerichtet. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über das gesamte Dachgeschoss des Hauses und ist komplett ausgestattet. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen Brötchenservice oder auf Wunsch auch ein reichhaltiges Frühstück an. Sie bekommen bei uns auch hausgemachte Marmeladen, Chutneys und Säfte alles aus dem eigenen Garten. Wir haben für Sie Fahrräder zum Ausleihen oder auch genug Platz, um Ihre mitgebrachten Räder oder Golfbags passend abzustellen.
