Temporary living while waiting for new house to be completed.

Comfortable accommodations, nice neighborhood with many amenities within walking distance. Owner was exceptionally prompt and responsive to any and all requests. Would definitely seek out this owner again for a place to stay.

Great stay in Grand!

We loved our stay at this property! The yard was perfect for relaxing and bird watching. The house was well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils and there were lots of great little extras. Mark was so quick to respond to any questions we had and we felt really at home there. Would definitely return!

Perfect!

Everything about our stay in SunCity Grand was just great! The community has so much to offer and the home was a key factor in making our time there perfect! The home is well appointed with everything you need. It has been renovated, it’s clean and neat and uncluttered. It was blissful. We hope to return soon.

A great month at Surprise

This property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Having the garden was great as the weather was perfect for sitting out and relaxing in the sun. The property was as the description and check in was easy. Mark was a great host - easy to communicate with and kept in touch without being intrusive. Any queries were promptly acknowledged and addressed. The neighbourhood was quiet, clean, tidy and seemed very secure. Although you would need a car to travel, it was only around a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and a little further to the local bar and Starbucks. We had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend this property. We would definitely stay there again. Many thanks.
