Cute, comfortable and convenient!

The Balcony House is a very cute place in the Garden District. It was a short couple of blocks walk to the streetcar, which we utilized frequently, and a short Uber/Lyft from downtown and the French Quarter when needed as well. The beds and bedding were comfortable, we appreciated the clothing racks and hangers, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The property management company was just a text away at all times when we had questions. Would definitely recommend!

Spring Break in NOLA

This is a nice property. It worked very well for our family of 4. It is just a few blocks from the streetcar which made transportation to everywhere we wanted to go very easy. The bathroom and bedrooms were very spacious and the beds comfortable.This is an old building so you could hear everything from outside but it was a quiet neighborhood and not a problem. There were 2 things in the description of the property that I was not happy with. It states that there is parking. A few days before our stay I received an email that 2 cars could be parked anywhere on the street. I don’t think parking in any spot on a public street counts as a property amenity of parking. The second thing was that the pictures show this balcony and it is called balcony house. It is not published that it is divided in half and there are 2 rentals right next to each other and also seemed to be a more permanent property in the back. I believe we only had a neighbor for one night of our stay and it wasn’t an issue but I would have like to know that was the setup.

Great place in Nola

Close to the garden district, near the trolley line. Quiet, easy to find parking. Difficult to get into, no clear instructions on how to access, had to ask owner of restaurant downstairs. All the comforts of home. Even had mini soap bars in bathroom which was great cause I forgot mine!

Perfect location, quiet and minutes away from everything!

NOLA has always been a bucket list trip for me so booking this home and it being perfect for my girls trip made it even better. The bathroom was huge so two of us could get ready at a time. The neighborhood was really quiet, and walking distance from great food. See you next year!
