This was a great house to stay at in Medford. It was great to have separate bedrooms for my wife and I plus our two boys. We were in Medford to visit Crater Lake National Park.Location was convenient to restaurants and shops and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again if we are in Medford.

This is a very comfortable home and our communication with the host was great. It matched the description and pictures and is nicely located to stores and restaurants. We chose this place for a launching point for day trips to Crater Lake and the Oregon Caves and worked out well. I highly recommend this location for a family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. the location was perfect for our jet boat excursion on Thursday then Friday we spent the day exploring Jacksonville. Close to shopping and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and perfect for our group of four ( two couples). We visited Ashland on our way home on Saturday. Neighbors were quiet. Would highly recommend this house.

This is a great place to stay!! We will stay here then next time we are in Medford visiting family. The house was so clean. The amenities were great too! Real comfortable and welcoming place to stay! I highly recommend.

There were toe nail clippings on one of the bedside tables in one of the bedrooms and used plastic waterbottles sitting on the ground in another. The shower in the master bedroom also looked like it had not been cleaned properly
