Pendleton apartments is truly home away from home. Very nice and spacious in the middle of downtown, walking distance to restaurants and little boutiques, across from community center, Eustis historical museum and boardwalk by Lake Eustis where you can witness the most Amazing sunsets.
Eustis is a beautiful and peaceful place. ( About 48 mil/55 min from Disney) It offers a lot of opportunities for having a good, relaxing time. There are many scenic parks in Eustis. Also, there are a number of art museums and theaters which ensure a continuous flow of interesting activities. The city hosts many local events and festivals. These include the Antique Boat Convention, nationally ranked art festivals, sailing regattas and many others.

This property is family owned and operated, we moved to Fl from Boston MA in 2017, live about 10 minutes from the apartments, absolutely love Lake Eustis amazing sunsets and strolls on the boardwalk after dinner.
