Guest Access:
Note there are four levels of somewhat steep stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor.

The Neighborhood:
Lenox Hill is an affluent Upper East Side area with designer stores along Madison Avenue as well as elegant apartment buildings and townhouses. Cultural sites include The Frick Collection, showing European paintings and decorative art in an early-1900s mansion, and the massive Park Avenue Armory, which hosts avant-garde exhibitions and performances. Second Avenue has casual spots for Mexican, Asian, and Italian food.

Pets require written notice and approval from Rove/Pets are not allowed in this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

Please note that this property requires a $5,000 credit hold for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

WATCH OUTS:
- This property also includes an in-unit washer/dryer. You can only put 16 ounces of clothes or 3/4 full in order to work correctly. Otherwise it will to shut off. Also, you cannot use the sheet of fabric softener.
