Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy s south gate, 15 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from Park, movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Two bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a 60 in flat screen TV with a Xfinity, Wii with games, board games.

We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

Great Visit

Really nice visit to Colorado Springs. The host, Chad, was quick to reply to messages and very welcoming. The house was perfect for us and as advertised. I absolutely loved the check out process, just grab your stuff and start the dishwasher! We would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here when in town for my oldest son’s wedding. The house was clean and so many little extras were in the house to make our stay so comfortable! Host was very quick to reply and check-in was so easy. We really enjoyed our stay even though we weren’t at the house much since we were running around getting wedding things done…it was nice to come back to comfortable beds each night!

Safe, comfortable home with great access to I-25

We rented for 3 months while we waited for our new home to be built. Chad (our host) was incredibly responsive to our questions and so friendly & easy to interact with. The fenced yard was great for our pets and the beds and couches were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt totally safe there. It was a great location too!

A fabulous experience!

Fantastic property

This was a wonderful property while out in Colorado Springs for a family reunion. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my two dogs. Very clean, beds comfortable and having the breakfast items stocked already was a wonderful amenity. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Thanks for a great stay in Colorado Springs.

Great spot to launch from

We were very pleased with the property and location. We visited Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and they were easy to get to. The house was easy to access to nearby stores and restaurants. Plenty of space for family of 4. House was clean and had all the things we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

A perfect getaway

The house was amazing and looked exactly as presented in the images. Host was responsive and helpful and stocked treats, and general kitchen items that came in useful. House was within 20th minute drive from most Colorado Springs attractions and max ten minute drives from eating establishments, both chain and local. We wished we had chosen a longer stay because we enjoyed spending evenings and mornings on the backyard patio and the nice weather. We will stay again and again when in the area.

Great location and property

House in quiet neighborhood and central to stores and vacation spots. Everything was about a 10-20 minute drive. Only had to contact property owner once but he answered the phone quickly and resolved our problem immediately. Would definitely stay here again.
