Located just across the street from the beach, you'll be a quick stroll from pristine white-sand beaches and within easy reach of many of the area restaurants. Towels, chairs, and an umbrella are provided for beach-going convenience. A collection of classic board games offer rainy day entertainment. Added perks include central air-conditioning and complimentary high-speed WiFi.

With Manatee, Cortez, and Anna Maria Beach all within two miles of home, it's easy to switch things up and see a new side to the ocean. Sample fresh, local seafood with a creative flare at The Ugly Grouper or try something savory at Smoqehouse, both a short drive from home. If you just can't stay away from the water, take a tour with Cortez Watersports! The local area has a free shuttle Trolly to visit all three beaches easily.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
