Wow

The house was amazing. It was very comfortable and was exactly as advertised. Just a block walk to the Beach access. This was definitely a relaxing vacation and hope to return in the near future.

This home worked well for our family. It was an easy one block walk to the beach. The wagon allowed us to load up chairs, toys and bags in one load. Having a pool was a bonus and made our beach vacation even more enjoyable. The pool is shared with the other unit, but at least in our case, it was not a problem. The house was clean and comfortable, and it was equipped well enough for light cooking and meal prep. We enjoyed our stay.

Best weekend getaway!

This is the cutest beach house, so spacious and homey! We loved being able to use the chairs, towels, floaters, and wagon and make a quick walk to the beach. Coming home to hop in the pool and hang out downstairs was so much fun! It had everything we needed for our quick weekend getaway and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The owner was so nice and communication was easy and timely. We enjoyed our stay so much and highly recommend this amazing house!

Perfect location on Ana Maria Island!!

Absolutely beautiful property & location was amazing!!! We had an absolutely wonderful time!! The house has a wonderful lanai and pool area that accommodates many people …. This home has a lot of steps that was the only downfall so if you have somebody in your party, that can’t handle steps. This wouldn’t be a good location for them but other than that everything was great.

Could not have enjoyed our time more! The host was outstanding, responsive, and understanding. We loved the new furniture/ bedding and the outstanding amenities. The duplex was delightful and easy to use. The family next to us in the duplex we never heard. The host even helped us with our golf cart rental during our stay and directed us to some great dining spots. We give our stay a 10 out of 10!

Perfect Spot for a relaxing time!

Those house was perfect for our girls getaway!! The house was super clean! The beds were all comfortable which is hard to find in rentals. The stairs are a little steep for the 3rd floor which if we had small kids would be a little nerve racking. The small pool is great! We were lucky enough the other ladies who were renting next door weren’t using it when we were there. The location is super close to the beach and an easy walk with a wagon or light beach stuff. I would definitely rent this place again!

Great location

The house was amazing and newly renovated. Equipped with most everything you need. The pool is a great place to cool off and the lounge chairs were amazing with great umbrella coverage. The house had lots of extra pool/beach equipment available for use. Andrew was extremely responsive. The cleaning in the kitchen could use a little extra attention and there were not sheets for the pullout couch. I did have to get Walmart to deliver those. The main bedroom bathroom had a tub shower combo that was difficult to get in and out of easily.

I was very disappointed with the primary bathtub. In order to take a shower, you needed to climb over the high jetted tub side.not safe for an older adult No picture of the bathroom on the site. There are some loose floor boards on the lower porch and the stair rails on the upper level were loose too. There are definitely updates needed.

Great house

The house has everything u need for a great beach getaway. When we were not at the beach, most of our time was spent by the pool. It’s a great outside living area complete with grill, refrigerator, counter space, and plenty of seating. There was a constant breeze while we were there and it’s very comfortable . Only a block to the beach. Owner quick to respond with any concerns. The security cameras were unnerving. We r not used to that. There is plenty of notification about them at the house, but we do not remember seeing notification in the listing. You share the pool with the folks on the other side of the house so we recommend you travel with friends like we did! We rented a golf cart and used a beach concierge.. makes life so much easier!

Labor Day Beach Weekend

While house is esthetically pleasing to the eye, the functionality of the home is less than optimum. Too many stairs for carrying luggage and groceries. Master bedroom bed mattress needs to be replaced, sagging in the middle, fan light and end table light not working, guest bedroom fan speed is on very high and cannot be adjusted. Ridiculous request from owner to have guests strip all bed sheets and start wash upon departure when guests are paying cleaning fee. Door sticking and very difficult to open in living room, master tub very difficult to step in and out of since so deep. Ornaments missing on side of the house balcony. This home is definitely not accomodating to seniors or handicap individuals.

The pool was a nice place to unwind after the beach. I would suggest bringing anything you might need to cook with (spices, etc), however ovens are great as well as cooking utensils. If you have a lot of ppl in your group you might want to get some disposable sheet pans. The Anna Maria Island Oyster Bar is delicious!! Located on Bridge Street where some restaurants, bars and shops are.

Enjoyed the outdoor space with Ping Pong Table and small pool to cool off. Walking distance to beach and the basket on wheels they had for us to carry things to the beach was great. Very quiet at night so we slept really well.

Bradenton Beach

The property was well kept and perfect for our group of 7. The short walk to the beach was very doable, especially with the wagon provided. The closest beach was never crowded, so perfect location. The outdoor space with pool, grill, hot tub, sitting area, fridge, and ping-pong table were all enjoyed by our group. Would definitely consider staying here again!
