About this property

Enjoy our modern & new top floor mountain-facing condo. 2 bedroom (plus a full size pull out couch), 1 full bath located in beautiful Mt Crested Butte. Take in the incredible views from our deck enjoying your morning coffee. Bus stop just outside our building to town & the resort. Or an easy 5 min walk to ski resort base w dining, bars, & coffee shop. One bedroom w Queen-size bed. 2nd bedroom w twin over full bunk bed. Living room has a Full size pull out bed. WFH Setup. Community hot tub. Dog friendly with approval.

The Space
Well stocked kitchen. Our condo has free high-speed wifi, Netflix, Hulu, extra linens, towels for the hot tub, a well-equipped kitchen, hair dryer, washer, dryer, and more. We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable, enjoyable, and easy experience.

One parking space included with the condo, but it is very easy to get to and from the mountain and the town of CB with the free community shuttle which is located at the base of the property.

Guest access
You'll have access to our full condo plus building amenities: bike/ski tune station, hot tub, grill area, dog wash station, and the on-site (free!) city and ski mountain bus stop. We also have an inflatable Stand up Paddle Board (SUP) that we rent out to guests for a fee.

Other things to note
Any fines incurred by owner due to guest's noncompliance of House Rules, Dog Policy or Building Rules will be passed along to guest.
- No smoking.
- Please remove your shoes at the entry.
- Two pets considered (INQUIRE IN ADVANCE). Damage acknowledgement and $50 fee per pet required.
- Pet must be crated if left in the unit (you provide the crate). No pets on any furniture.
- No parties.
- Check in 3p.m.
- Check out 10 a.m.

Snowboard Trip Getaway

We stayed with another couple and our dogs and it was the perfect place for a ski/ snowboarding trip. Incredible views, easy access to the lifts, and plenty of parking available. The kitchen was very convenient to have and we made dinner one night and went to town the other night. We were comfortable and would definitely come back for another stay. Thank you!

Great access to the slopes!

We had a great stay at the Timbers condo. Parking was abundant, the space was very clean and well stocked, and access to the mountain was very easy. Katie was great to work with and very responsive!

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment had everything we needed. Katie was a responsive and helpful host, we would love to return again next year.

Good for a short stay

We were 2 couples on a 3 day trip. The unit was clean, very well equipped and in a good location. The bedrooms are quite compact and the bunk room was not great for a couple. The elevator did not work which made move in to the 3rd floor tough. The hot tub is residential grade and has a tough time keeping up with the amount of use it gets.

Hi there! I'm Katie. My fiance (Ricky) and I own are proud owners of this property. We dreamed of owning a place in beautiful Crested Butte and that dream became a reality in July 2022! We are getting married in Crested Butte in July 2023 and we spend as much time as possible at our condo. We love sharing it with guests from all over the world.

Why they chose this property

The location and view from our condo is unmatched. There is nothing like sitting out on the patio with a cup of coffee. We are a 6 minute walk to the ski lifts and across the street from a free bus stop that takes our guests into town. We also put a lot of thought into our decor and furniture. We maximized the space by getting a new pull out couch and adding a small desk for our work from home guests.
