About this property

This beautiful fully remolded home is all brand new appliances and furniture, has a 2 car garage washer and dryer in garage. The home has central air and heat which is all new ducts along with new ceiling fans in each room.The townhome/condo is located in a gated community we have a private boat slip at the marina if wanted to rent. Enjoy any of the 4 pools and 3 jacuzzis. Downstairs has a new sectional sofa bed sleeper, built in electric fireplace and a flat screen tv on the wall. The bedrooms have a cal king bed in each room and walk in closets . Bathrooms are all newly remolded with new vanities and a new bathtub and toilets. The kitchen has all brand new large appliances as well as small appliances. There's two large linen closets upstairs and a storage closet downstairs. The house has all new linens and pool towels. This is a non smoking home and no pets allowed.

Very noisy

This condo is right off the highway. If you like to listen to noisy cars day and night this is the place for you. You have a tiny patio that looks out to an empty lot with homeless and trash. The ice maker quit working and never got anyone out to fix it. My husband finally got it working. The "2" car garage is full of stuff so you are lucky to get 1 car in it. Would not rent this place again.
