Beautifully remodeled - from ceiling to floor and wall to wall. Not one thing left untouched. This quiet, beautifully decorated, middle unit, has views from every window. Kitchen and bathrooms = granite with travertine floors throughout the condo. New carpeting in the bedrooms (Master - king, Guest - queen) with flat screen T.V.'s and cable, and a deck over looking the beach with river view, to step out on and enjoy from both bedrooms. On the other side of the condo - enjoy the deck outside the living room and kitchen with a marina, beach, and pool view.
This gated community offers a private boat ramp, marina, beach, pool, spa, club house, long dock on the river, and spectacular water/sunset views.
No smoking, No pets!
Looking for snowbirds in the winter with a 2 month minimum between December and March, by city code 7 day minimum rental period

Great location

Location was excellent. Close to everything. No traffic noise. Unit well stocked with supplies and condiments. Has a garage to park your vehicle. Gated community.

Great Place to Stay!

Condo was nicely furnished. Very quiet and comfortable. Condo was in a good central location, close to everything. Secure covered parking was nice during our summer stay. Would recommend this Condo to anyone!
