Our Lake View Lodge Penthouse stands out with its unparalleled lakeside location. On the one hand it is quietly situated on its own, on the other hand the ski area is only one bus-stop away. The charming old town, the beautiful lake and the entrance to the skiarea can easily be reached in just a few mintues on foot. Lake View on Top!

The breathtaking view from the balcony towards the surrounding mountains is second to none. On approximately 95sqm, the appartment features two separate bedrooms, as well as a cosy mezzanine – ready for our guests to have an unforgettable holiday experience. With additional sofa-beds in the lounge, the charmingly furnished and appartement can accommodate up to 10 people, and there are both a shower-room and a bathroom. The icing on the cake is the vast balcony and our sauna – quite a treat for a snug winter evening. Naturally, guests can expect free Wi-Fi as well as private parking in front of the house. In the garden, our guests can spend mild summer evenings relaxing under a gazebo with built-in brick-barbecue and comfy patio-furniture.

The open-plan kitchen holds everything you need to pamper your loved ones: ceramic hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, as well as crockery and cutlery and all kind of cooking utensils. In addition, our washing machine is ready there for you to use, as well as ironing board and iron.

The surrounding area: The romantic old town of Zell am See offers a wide variety of restaurants – from typical Austrian dishes to international cuisine – as well as numerous charming cafes and souvenir shops. And there are numerous shopping facilities located only about 1km from the Lake View Lodges.The ski-bus-stop is less than 100m away – for quick access to the local slopes as well as to Kaprun and its glacier.
Golfers can enjoy the nearby 36-hole course in the golf club Zell am See. (2km away).
Guests who are arriving without a car can reach the train-station in just one bus stop.The nearest airport is the "Salzburg Airport"(80km).

Shower door in the room with washing mashine was broken, after unfolding the sofa, it was not possible to fold it back, something did not work

Seeblick

Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, vorallem die Sauna. Gigantisch ist der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See. Zentral gelegen alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!
