A bar type kitchen counter with bar stools divides the fully equipped kitchen from the living area which is suited for dining and relaxing and watching tv at the same time.

The Seaside Cottage apartment, although advertised as a one bedroom apartment, actually has a very small second bedroom, which may suit to accommodate a child or serve as a second bed / bedroom for a two persons occupancy with the request for two separate beds.

This Seaside Cottage has a lovely terrace area with ocean view in a tropical garden setting which complements the living room for an open air living and a cozy setting for breakfast lunch and dinner.

The apartment is framed by a natural garden of tropical plants and trees which create a cozy atmosphere for the patio area adjacent to the living are and kitchen. The interior is finished very upmarket and presents itself in an elegant but very Caribbean style, another reason why these units also cater to those who can appreciate architectural finesse which combined the mix of old and new perfectly. The Seaside Cottage has a queen size bed in it's upstairs loft bedroom and a single bed in the second very small bedroom.

A property manger is there to assist to make our guests stay a most memorable one.

A limited maid service, changing towels and sheets (on request) every three days is already included in our rates. Additional services can be arranged for a small charge and depending on availability of a corresponding staff member.

The beach at the Seaside Cottages is heaven for swimming and snorkeling, windsurfing and kitesurfing, surfing and boogie boarding alike. One side of Silver Sands Beach can have a little shore beak while the other side is much calmer and ideal for swimming and sea bathing.

The small fishing village of Oistins is just a few minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets from in walking distance to just minutes away by car.
