Secluded family vacation home for all seasons!
Spring, fall, summer, winter, whatever it may be this house is the perfect destination year round. Whether it be escaping to the many famous ski mountains surrounding Manchester, witnessing the gorgeous fall foliage, immersing yourself in the spring bloom, or exploring magical lakes and swimming holes in the summer, there are endless opportunities to create memories and enjoy a vacation that you will never forget.
2100 square feet | 5 Acre Property
BEDROOMS: Master Bedroom: 1 king size bed. Bedroom 2: 1 full size bed, 1 twin. Bedroom 3: 2 twin size beds. Bedroom 4: 2 twin size beds
INDOOR LIVING: free wifi, smart tv with lots of streaming services installed (logins not provided), living room with numerous board games, fire place, antique decor, tons of books, speaker, workspace in the master bedroom
OUTDOOR LIVING: hill for sledding in the winter (we own all the property around the house including the hill), fire pit, bicycles with helmets, 2 kayaks (with life jackets, car mount not included), blowup tubes, pump, sleds, picnic bench, outdoor seating area, charcoal grill, garden, adirondack chairs/other outdoor seating, fun outdoor equipment/games
KITCHEN: refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner electric stove, dish-washer, oven, bread-oven, toaster, blender, coffee machine, fully equipped silverware (utensils, dishes, knives, etc), dining table, panini maker, basic spices
BASEMENT: Unfinished basement, really just for storage uses. Shouldn’t need to be utilized besides for accessing the sleds/tubes, kayaks, turning on the hot water
GENERAL: private driveway with a 2 car garage, linens and towels provided, washing machine & dryer, fans, high-powered ceiling air vent (2nd floor), heated floors
GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have full access to the house besides a few dressers and closets that are reserved for our personal clothing.
HOST BELONGINGS: We would just like to say that this house has been in our family for generations, and we raised our children vacationing here. We still frequently vacation here, so a lot of our personal belongings are in the house. Some of the furniture is also very old and antique. We ask that you treat this household with the utmost respect, and understand that we love this house very much so please treat it the same way that we do. Thank you very much!
CLEANING FEE: This fee is administered for the general cleaning and sanitation that is required after guests check out.
