Outside there are two parking spaces and a large lawn area available.  A separate entrance leads to the spacious hall with access to the living and dining area, a guest toilet and the staircase to the bathroom and the 3 bedrooms. In the wall and floor coverings has been paid attention to allergy-friendly features. For this reason, no pets are allowed in this property. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchenette, a cooking island with induction stove, oven, a wine cooler, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc. The living area with large couch-Liegelandschaft a fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, a stereo and the large panoramic front with a view makes you forget everyday life.
