Vacation cottage Nordseewind

The "Nordseewind" townhouse is located in a quiet, secluded spot in the beautiful Dorf area. Both the town centre—with its wide selection of cafes, restaurants, and shopping options—and the nearest beach access (Südstrand) are just a 5-minute walk away.

The living area is approximately 108 square metres and spans a total of 3 levels.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the entryway with a coat closet, the living area with an open-concept kitchen and cooking island, the dining area, a fireplace, and access to the terraces (facing south and west). There is also a guest bathroom with a shower and an utility room.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). Both bedrooms feature spacious closets and additional dressers. The upper floor also features a large bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, and two sinks.

Underfloor heating on both the ground and upper floors ensures a comfortable indoor climate. All bedrooms have blackout blinds and insect screens.

The attic features another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm—two single mattresses), a small wardrobe, and a reading nook.

A lockable garden shed is available, where you can store your bicycles, for example. The house also has its own parking space. A high chair and a cot are included.
