Great house, located in Condomínio Água, in Guarajuba, where it has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia!

My space has 4 suites with split air conditioning, living room with smart TV, wi-fi and full kitchen. In the external area, balcony, barbecue and swimming pool, ideal for those looking for a peaceful environment to rest!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

**** Use of the condominium's barbecue area for an additional charge, in accordance with established rules.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, fan and blackout curtain;

Suite 2 (superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, fan, blackout curtain, wardrobe and TV;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, fan, blackout curtain and closet;

Suite 4 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 double mattress, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning and fan.

*All bathrooms have showers with solar heating system.

You will be able to enjoy and relax with all the amenities that our space provides and, among them, we highlight the private gourmet area, with swimming pool and covered barbecue, ideal to enjoy a beautiful sunny day!

In addition to the gourmet area of the house, the condominium also has another swimming pool and also a barbecue, so that guests can enjoy it as they wish. It also has 24 hour security.

In Guarajuba are located the best beaches on the North Coast, which even recently received the Blue Flag Certificate, considered one of the most recognized eco-labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is a sustainable tourism combined with the intense preservation of the environment.
