Great place to land

Fall weekend retreat

Nicely decorated, cozy, serene spot for a long weekend. Comfortable beds and extra blankets provided. Easy check in process. The home itself is stair free but the walkway to the entrance is not so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues. The area was beautiful and we enjoyed the peak colors.

Lake Nokomis visit

The cottage was very neat and orderly. The only drawback to the property is that that there is no access to the lake. The cottage is advertised as being on Lake Nokomis, but in reality the cottage is behind a house that is on Lake Nokomis.

Technical issues

We were not able to stay here because of technical issues with VRBO. Ken, the owner, was super helpful in making sure that everything was refunded to me. I was very thankful.

Nice location and clean

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was clean and fit our needs nicely. The private boat launch was a plus but the pier to tie our fishing boat to was not usable because it was 4 ft above the water.

Our family's love of the Northwoods led us to the Tomahawk, WI area. We love to get away to beautiful shores of Lake Nokomis and make memories with family and friends enjoying all the amazing and diverse outdoor sports this area has to offer. After purchasing a second home in the area, we wanted to share the home and experience with other guests and turned it into a part time vacation rental. There is such a wonderful feeling hearing from our guests about the memories they made while staying at our cottage.
