Beach Club Doral 302 has everything your family needs! From this 3rd floor condo, you will enjoy a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and a sandy white beach from the living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony! Relax in the beautiful Gulf Side Doral pool and hot tub or stroll down the boardwalk to the endless beach far from the crowds. The owner is a member of The Clubhouse, so guests may access amenities, see details below.



This condo is great for small family or a couple! The king master bedroom privately adjoins the master bath. The half bath is located in the hall area and is convenient for all. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation. The appliances are full size and includes a dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer and can opener are provided. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in the utility area.



Bed, sofa sleeper, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Bring your beach towels. A "One Day" supply of these basic items are stocked for your convenience: paper towels, dish washing detergent, clothes detergent, trash bag, toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please bring your make up removal wipes to preserve the linen.





Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.

Outside patio had a very rusted door along with rusted furniture. Bedroom closet handle was broken off and no clothes hangers were provided. Musty smelling. Condo two doors down was posted do not enter MOLD remediation. Window blinds to the patio pull handle was broken. Stains on the bedroom curtains. Photos are available upon request. We have been to The Beach Club many times in the past and have never had a complaint. The headboard was cracked. This unit needs some TLC.

We enjoyed the opportunity to have this rental. It is a straightforward, no frills unit that was just what we needed. There were a few things in the unit to have maintenance notified; we did and Rolf arrived quickly, did great work and very personable. Thanks for making the trip a great beach trip!

Beach time with granddaughter!

Loved it!! You could see the beach and gulf. Bunk beds for our granddaughter. She loved having her own area! We went beach to pool, to room for lunch! It shows some signs of age!

The kitchen didn't have enough cookware and what was there was very rusty and disgusting couldn't be used. Floors were dirty. Someone came and cleaned after I called. The cookware was supposed to be replaced. Property manager told me she would asap but never did. Shower curtain needed cleaned. Basically needs to be checked and taken care of.

The 3 pieces of bad bakeware have been replaced with a very nice entire set! The floors were promptly re-mopped and the shower curtain cleaned shortly after arrival. I’m sorry the snowbird didn’t mention the new flooring, brand new fridge, a fantastic gulf view and the very nice furnishings, fresh paint, beautiful counters, the lounger on the balcony. My cell number is given to every guest and I am responsive.

Condo needs severe updating. The furniture portrayed in this ad is not the furniture in the condo.The furniture was old and smelled horribly. The fold out couch is OLD and not comfortable at all, not to mention there was no sheets or bedding for it to begin with.Master (& only bedroom) bed -white headboard- was stained and the bed in itself was squeaky and old. Pans in kitchen were old and worn.Floors were dirty. We’ve stayed here we at Beach Club with family multiple times & never have had an experience like this. Very disappointed.

The place was clean, but the bed mattress was awful. Thin and hard as a rock. It squeaked every time you moved. Coffee pot was broken. Kitchen pots and pans were terrible. The cast iron skillet was rusty and the other skillets were so scratched up I wasn’t safe to even use them. We have stayed at The Beach Club dozens of times and I have never had these issues before. This unit should be updated.
