Located in a quiet neighborhood near Grey's Crossing 5 min from downtown Truckee, our 2000 square foot home offers an elevated aesthetic influenced by Scandinavian minimalist design in a spacious and comfortable family friendly setting. Close to great hiking and mt biking in the summer, and ski resorts in the winter. A perfect home base for family adventures or a serene space for a quiet relaxing getaway.
Open and airy, our house offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and an office space with a futon couch that can serve as a fourth bedroom if needed. Our large kitchen, with a bar, dinning room and bonus cocktail nook make preparing and enjoying meals a pleasure. Outdoor dining on the deck is also a summer treat. Our two and a half bathrooms are elegantly apportioned, with a beautiful tub in the master. The 2 car garage means guests never need to clear snow from their cars in winter months.

Completely renovated to provide elegant and stylish modern comfort with all the amenities in an excellent location. We are close to beautiful hiking and biking trails in the summer, and conveniently located in between multiple ski resorts such as North Star at Tahoe, Palisades, Sugar Bowl and more in the winter. Our large 2-car garage offers parking convenience, all in a quiet location just 5 minutes from downtown Truckee.
