The reason I like being a host is that it allows others to enjoy the property that truly love. This home has been in my family for years, and I've always enjoyed being in the country. It's a great house with plenty of outdoor space.
Why they chose this property
This home is secluded and has plenty of space. There is sky diving offered at Skydive Carolina which is located 2 miles from the house. Oliphant Lake is a perfect location to enjoy nearby fishing. The roads are not congested with traffic which is perfect for cycling. The city of Rock Hill is 15 minutes away where Winthrop University is located. The amusement park Carowinds is located only 40 minutes away.

This home has been newly renovated in the interior. You will enjoy this home with family and friends to have an enjoyable retreat. The property is setting on 5 acres which has plenty of space. The bed rooms are spacious that included 2 Queen and 1 Full size beds. There is plenty space in the living room and enclosed carport to entertain. The kitchen have all the untensils needed to enjoy a home cooked meal.
